Very helpful. The store assistant was brilliant (wish I had caught their name, long hair and glasses, a voopoo enthusiast) I wanted a second device, something robust for the pub. The assistant talked me through all the options and made some recommendations. I couldn't be happier with my new device and most of all with the service I received. Shout out to that guy, he should be international boss of customer service.

Have got the pnp coils for my drag vape from here a few times and they keep burning out within a day. Never had it happen before and haven’t changed any settings. 🤷🏻‍♂️Always really friendly staff though.

Amazing service from Tom. Im new to vaping and he talked me through options and took his time with me. Gave me samples of liquids and set up my new voopoo for me! Gave advice with different models and pointed me in directions on what accessories to buy without forcing me to buy anything. Absolutely amazing experience at this top store!

I live in Glasgow so never got to meet or talk to these guys .as I done it on line .but my wife did. So if you are thinking about it and live in Glasgow. I’ve now been in 3/4 times and spoken to the lad Tom who works on the weekdays. What an absolute star of a guy, everytime he’s taken the time to really identify my wants and needs, and that for my mrs too. Product line is fantastic, super knowledgeable staff, and the store is very clean and shiny. Cannot speak highly enough of the place, even though I’ve gone back to smoking from vaping 😂

Always liked this place. I pop in there for emergencies. The guy is sound, good selection of good and decent prices. Only 1 or £2 more than online for the vapes.

Absolutely would recommend - I'm pretty new to vaping & have tried a few different types and couldn't get on with them. The shop keeper spent about an hour with me, helping me decide and explaining the different types. He even helped me set up mine, and I love it - very reasonably priced and such a joy to use. Thank you very much - I will be coming back!

Very knowledgeable people, prior to this I have tried 3 different vape products after using them I would go straight for a cigarette (as I would get no satisfaction). Talking to the man in charge for 5 min he offered a different product (INNOKIN SCEPTRE) that I tried in the shop and to my surprise it felt like I just smoke a cigarette (no need to chase it with actual cigarette), cince then I still smoke but less and vape more, hopefully one day I will stop buying cigarettes all together. Good product, knowledgeable staff 👍
