This is an excellent school both myself and son attend. Tracy and Sir are courteous and are excellent teachers. The classes are well structured to help you on your journey to black belt. The community that is also created by the participants makes you feel part of something special. An excellent school would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic family run school that I couldn't recommend more highly. All three of my children and myself have trained here for over a decade. It has a fun, supportive, respectful training environment where I have seen my children grow in confidence, skills and fitness and make so many friends.

Fantastic TKD school. Always helpful and friendly. Both my daughter and I have gone for a good while now and couldn’t praise the professional and friendly approach more. There is a waiting list but that speaks for itself! Definitely recommend.

My 2 daughters have attended this family run school since they were both 4 years old......it is fantastic. I am often in awe of the teaching skills both Brett and Tracey display. My eldest daughter has taken part in several competitions now and is doing so well and has won several medals. There is a waiting list as the school is in high demand but Tracey will literally pull out all the stops to help get a keen student through the doors, she is one of the loveliest people you will meet. Safety is taken very seriously especially in the sparring classes, and Tracey is always on hand to help and apply first aid should there be a bump. Honestly can't rate Relflex highly enough.

My eldest has trained her for 6 years now and the youngest for 2. Absolutely could not ask for anything more. Instruction is superb, they both love their classes and watching their classes is lovely. They have so much fun whilst learning a valuable skill. Master Stronach is brilliant with children of all ages, an absolute natural. They really care about all students they teach, even down to ensuring the older ones don't leave until they have someone there to collect them. Such a welcoming place to be where nothing is too much effort. Premises are really clean too. You'll be hard pushed to find a team so good or qualified. Can't recommend enough.

I have trained here for 8 years. All three of my children also trained, 2 of them making black belt. The instructor is great and really met each of my children’s needs and ensured they made great progress. It is the family atmosphere that really makes this dojang and its the only place I’d recommend for adults and children wanting to learn taekwondo.

My two children and myself have all been involved in Taekwon-do at Reflex for the last seven years. We love it and it is so good in keeping fit, building confidence and in giving a life skill. The family that run the place are very passionate about what they teach, and are professional, friendly and welcoming. Couldn't recommend enough.

Our elder son gained his black-belt in taekwondo with Reflex recently. Having started with Brett over 10 years ago, in addition to all his taekwondo skills he has developed his fitness and a huge amount of resilience and confidence, qualities that have been reflected in his school career and other interests too. We are immensely grateful to the Reflex team for all their fantastic coaching skills and time with our son over the years - and our younger son is working steadily towards his black belt too!

Everyone is so friendly and the teaching quality is amazing. The customer experience is the best I've ever had! I can tell you for certain that everyone who trains here would say the same too. Its a very caring place, and the instructor always will encourage you to work at your best. There have been many that train here that have been selected, and earned medals, at the world cup. 5 Star!

I’ve been attending Reflex adult classes for about 5yrs now. The instructors and students are all very friendly and welcoming. It’s great for fitness and to learn something new - moves, self defense, patterns, Korean terminology (along with a few games!). I really enjoy the classes. It’s like one big family! My son used to attend the classes when he was younger and he enjoyed them too.

I started taekwondo as a 30 year old with no prior martial art training or experience, it’s been nearly 2 years since I joined and I’ve loved every minute. My flexibility, cardio and strength has improved more than I thought it would, and the sparring aspect of training is such good fun. Would recommend to everyone and anyone to try their hand, as the reflex family is so friendly and supportive too.

I started traing under master stronach alittle over a year ago. It is not easy and not for people who lack discipline and dedication two things i personally never had until i trianed under Master Stronach. This school teaches with passion for taekwon from everyone involved within. I cant recomend it enough. Its a friendly atmosphere from when your first welcomed in to and training on the matts. My 4 year old daughter is in her early stages of being a student and masters stronachs blueprint for teaching is already taking effect shes getting more confident and respectful. I look forward for my yougest daughter to become a member and she cant wait. Iv made some real friends inside reflex not just in training partners but also Tracey and Brett.

I have been a student at Reflex for several years and my 6 and 4 year old daughters are now beginning their TaeKwondo journey with Master Stronach. I cannot praise the school highly enough. If you are motivated to be fit, disciplined, humble yet confident and you wish this for your children ... join Reflex. It is not for everyone but then ... exceptional pursuits are, by definition, not for everyone.

My boys started at Reflex when they were quite small. They have learned respect, discipline, fitness and martial arts skills that have translated into other sports and life in general. I was so impressed with Master and Tracey Stronach that I also joined a few years ago. Despite a few bruises I love every minute and have become fitter as a result.

My children have been attending this taekwando school of martial arts for over 5 years and they both absolutely love it. It's very well organised and fully inclusive. It has a real culture of teaching respect and helps students grow in confidence. I can't recommend highly enough. *****

This is a brilliant Tae Kwon do school, really professionally run with expert teachers. My son (6) loves coming to the junior classes. Would absolutely recommend.
