Great communication from the start, and Eben and the team went above and beyond to get the order fulfilled as swiftly as possible. The quality of the equipment is leagues above the stuff that it’s now replaced, (no comparison really), and the lads that came to deliver and install were polite, friendly and efficient. I could not be happier with our decision to purchase the equipment for my gym from Watson's. Located in Perth Australia, it was a little daunting purchasing online when making such an investment. Our sales consultant Eben soon put our minds at ease making the process as smooth as possible with his excellent communication and customer support, particularly when we were faced with consecutive delays in the manufacturing and shipping process due to COVID. The kit arrived fulfilling our expectations and more. Everything came packaged and presented with the utmost care arriving in pristine condition with no issues. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered a 45 degree leg press and my customer service advisor was James Bodman. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and always responded quickly. I was very happy with his service. The leg press itself is outstanding. The build quality and craftsmanship is as good as it gets. The sled glides on the guide rods so smoothly which I believe is down to the bearings Watson use. All in all, a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend buying from them. Yes they are quite expensive but as with all things in life… you pay for what you get!!

The build quality on the products we have acquired we can not fault and the process of acquiring a product is very easy. Multi Hip Machine with extra 18.5kg (94.5kg total) - I've killed my glutes, the best part is the workout of the abductors and adductors giving you a good assistance in stretching them . Since I started my home gym back during covid, the Watson SS Pro olympic weight plates were my number one plates and one day I told myself that I would get them. My whole purchase experience with Watson Gym Equipment was great. Paul was very responsive and very helpful in answering all my questions. The purchasing process was easy and smooth. The plates came in a timely manner and all the process of getting through customs was handled by Watson and I didn’t have to worry about anything. The plates are very nice and came in perfect condition as the packaging was great. I’ll be ordering their dumbbells next and can’t wait to use them.

Watson’s are a dream to own. A true heirloom purchase that my kids get to fight over someday. They recreated our logo onto the dumbbells and it is first rate. I started off wanting a complete dumbbell set that will not only outlast my lifetime but my families. When looking around, I located Watson. I worked with Paul, whom helped guide me through the process from end to end. Communication was superb and the product quality speaks for itself. On the day of arrival, even though the freight was packed perfectly, customs/freight had other ideas in mind on how it should be delivered 🤣. Arrived in pieces (freight boxes) and turns out items were missing and some damaged. I shared the pictures and videos to Paul (at Watson) and within the week it was approved and placed on ASAP fulfillment. Within a month I received the missing/replacement items and I’m made whole. The quality/fit and Finnish of these dumbbells are literally a work of art. The handle knurling is aggressive, yet not hand tearing, the weight tolerance precision is perfect, the dumbbell weight balance is spot on… There’s not much else I can say, the set is perfect as you would expect with a precision CNC made set of Marine grade Stainless Steel Dumbbells. I’m in awe every time I step into my gym and put hands on these dumbbells. Not only are they a statement piece, the functionality and attention to detail are priceless. Next up is ordering plates!

James helped me through the whole process, answering endless questions so we ended up with the right equipment. The delivery turned up on time and everything was well packed for transit. The pulley needed building and the instructions were very clear. The actual equipment is very good quality. All round great experience.

I’ve been shopping with Watson for almost 20 years now and they have ever once disappointed me. My latest purchase was a custom order, they patiently answered all of my daft questions, made suggestions and then delivered when they said they would. It is absolutely rock solid (as is the norm!) but also the most beautiful lifting platform I’ve ever seen. Whenever I need any fitness equipment, they are my first stop.

Made to order. Was looking for the dog bone attachment for ages. Reasonable price considering it was made to order, is quality and sturdy and have no doubt it will last. As ever, excellent service and products from Watson Gym. I recently purchased an adjustable pulley and wall-mounted half rack, and the quality of build is outstanding. I also ordered a myriad of accessories and they too are exceptional. The service, thank you Sophie, was also brilliant. Lots of communication, attentive support, which ultimately led to a very positive experience. I've bought from Watson Gym in the past, and expect to continue to do so in the future. I also heartily recommend them to anyone else if you are looking for robust no-nonsense technically excellent weight-lifting equipment. Plus, I appreciate that supporting Watson Gym supports UK jobs and manufacturing.

The best gym equipment money can buy in my opinion. I haven't ordered a ton of stuff from them, but everything I have ordered has been absolutely perfect and has exceeded my expectations. Lovely welds, buttery smooth bearings and knurling that strikes a perfect balance between grip and not destroying your hands. What's more, it's so well made that it doesn't seem to pick up any wear even with regular use, so I suspect buying Watson kit is actually cheaper in the long run. Also, the sales person I spoke to (Sophie) knew their products well and was able to both answer my questions and suggest a product that might be what I was looking for (and she was right!). I do plan to set up my own home gym one day, and when I do, I'll be filling it with as much Watson kit as possible. Until then, I'll just continue to be the weird guy who takes his own attachments to the gym with him! :)
