We stopped here for a night this weekend, and thought the site was just perfect. Spacious hard standing (thank goodness as it's raining loads and blowing a gale) The views as the storm clears this morning were fabulous, and the bathroom/shower facilities were probably among the best we've used, immaculate, smelt amazing and the most wonderful hot powerful shower. The local pub was lovely too! Thank you, we would definitely visit again.

This is the first time we have stayed at Upperhurst as a family and in a caravan! The location is absolutely amazing and the views are mind-blowing! Even though the campsite was full there was plenty of space in-between pitches and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The facilities here are luxurious with under floor heating and the best showers on the planet! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We had a lovely welcome and were greeted with a beautifully made-up caravan with gorgeous linen and fluffy towels. My daughters loved it and our dog did too. Loads of walks on your door-step and fabulous pubs serving home-made food. Highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Upper Hurst Farm highly enough. We have just returned from a family holiday here and had the best time. The setting is amazing and all the team add to a really positive experience. The facilities are superb, a lot of thought and hard work has clearly gone into making this site so good. We loved it so much we have already booked to return next year. I’m really pleased we have found such a gem!

It's a lovely site with plenty of walks from it. Clean and tidy facilities although I would say the toilets are a little too small for a full site, think weekends. During the week it is quiet and peaceful but come Friday the place fills up rapidly and just feels a bit too busy. If we go back then it'll be, arrive on Sunday and leave Friday. Staff on site are very friendly and welcoming. Tent pitches are mostly sloping.

A peaceful, beautiful site with gorgeous views! The facilities are phenomenal, best campsite showers I’ve ever used! Toilets/showers are modern and extremely clean. Pitches are spacious, clean and very well looked after. Owners & staff are really friendly and helpful and made you feel very welcome. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend and we will definitely be back in the future!

Brilliant site, very well kept with probably the best facilities I have seen. Stayed in late April in our touring caravan. The pitch was brilliant - close to the hookup and water waste is piped out on the pitch so no messing about with waste water. Very pleased to see a comprehensive recycling system too! The toilets were immaculately kept and the showers powerful enough, warm enough and with no time limit/additional charge. Travelling distance from absolutely loads of cool things in the Peak District. We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!!

A fantastic site with stunning views all round. Staff were super helpful and we received a very warm welcome on our 1st visit to the Peak District. The site is very well maintained and our pitch much larger than most we have had. The facilities are very modern and spotlessly clean. Some great walks from the site to the local village and pubs is really convenient and allowed us to sample lots of the local beers! The whole experience was fabulous and we'd highly recommend.

A beautiful, dog friendly site with lovely, clean facilities. Always hot water. Really nice, level hardstanding serviced pitches with room to park. Shop has amazing meat, as well as those little bits you forgot to pack.

This is a very nice camping site with extremely (!) friendly and professional staff. The views are lovely and it's located in a nice and quiet area. Showers and toilets were clean and in good condition. I was only missing a few more possibilities to sit down or something like picnic tables. But we were told this is planned for next year! So thank you for a very relaxing and nice stay.
