We
were
charged
twice,
first
paid
on
Monday
then
charged
again
on
Friday.
We
came
on
Friday
to
the
closed
reception
and
had
no
idea
what
to
do
to
check
in,
after
5-10
minutes
the
receptionist(best
part
of
the
hotel)
arrived.
Gave
us
keys
to
our
room
and
off
we
went.
We
specifically
chose
the
comfort
room
as
it
looked
a
lot
nicer,
but
we
were
given
the
standard
room.
The
'double'
bed
was
just
two
single
beds
pushed
together,
the
pillows
were
so
soft
and
ended
up
giving
us
a
bad
neck.
There
was
no
oven
gloves
in
the
kitchen
&
the
whole
room
seemed
very
dated.
There
was
a
party
in
the
room
next
door,
and
a
crying
baby
the
other
way.
Felt
more
like
a
hostel
than
an
apartment.
Anyways
the
next
day
we
spoke
to
the
receptionist
and
were
told
the
room
was
an
upgrade!?
Complained
and
got
the
room
we
paid
for,
which
had
no
instructions
on
how
to
use
any
utensil
and
we
couldn't
get
the
heating
to
work.
For
the
price
we
paid
we
expected
a
lot
more,
and
it
definitely
is
not
a
5*
hotel.
Ideally
we
would
like
some
money
back
for
the
stress
caused,
also
£20
for
parking
is
a
steep.
Managers
should
be
ashamed
to
say
it
is
a
5
star
hotel.
