Went here last night. What can I say but WOW. Nice small room with just 81 seat's. Great size screen and good sound. We was on the second floor just as a heads up. But all of this adds to the joy of going. They also have ice cream for sale just before the film. And all for £4 a ticket will be going back again. I just wished we lived closer so we could come more often. Please forget these big cinemas that charge a fortune and support the local smaller businesses this all added up to a fantastic night out with the bonus of a great film.

The worst cinema experience of my life! Went to see the exorcist Believer and For the first 10 minutes the sound was that quiet you could hardly hear the dialogue. Then someone complained about it and they did turn the sound up. Then throughout the film, constant music was being played that came from the projector room which was really annoying and distracting. Not acceptable in this day and age. Maybe it was due to the fact that the place seemed to be run by youngsters. Not an enjoyable experience and I certainly will not be visiting this place again.

Very good little cinema. Excellent customer service, young man help me with choosing and easy access seat. Price of the tickets is excellent value. Plenty of leg room. Highly recommended. Will be back. We need to support this local.cinema.

The Ritz is a gorgeous little old, but very clean and tidy cinema, with tickets at £4 per adult, super friendly staff, and ice-cream you order, to be brought in on one of those old fashioned trays just as the film is about to start! I've been loads as a local, and I'm never disappointed!

Fantastic value for money, and a good old school cinema. The seats get a bit uncomfortable halfway through, but its a good old school experience and fantastic staff. And £4 a ticket is something you can't turn down.

We’ve been visiting this cinema for years and have always loved it. Unfortunately, I will no longer use this cinema. My 11 year old son, took his friend to watch a film. He’d worked for his money. He was turned away because he only had cash. I had to phone up and pay for his tickets using my bank card just so that he could watch the film.

Went back for the first time in a few years. Lovely cinema and staff. And two tickets, 2 drinks and 2 ice creams for just £20. Fabulous!

The place is very nice to be honest. Nothing special but nothing awful. 4 pound a ticket is amazing and the screens fit pretty well. Picture on the screen is okay. Sound is okay although they have many speakers and to me it sounds like none of them are used. But for the price its very good. Film choice is good and the environment is normally quite good

Since moving here 33 years ago my family and I have enjoyed watching films from The Bodyguard right up to Creed 3 in 2023. Not many small towns have a cinema , so we are blessed. THANK YOU ALL

What a great little cinema... Friendly staff... Lovely atmosphere! It could do with a little more sound proofing as I could hear music from another source... The seats weren't exactly thrones either... But then I also only paid £4 a ticket... So it was great value for money... Snacks and drinks were good value too!

Perfect cinema for a small town, definitely worth to support the local businesses instead of going to Bridgwater or Weston. Ticket are well priced and popcorn is always tasty. Staff also always very friendly.

Had a great first time visit to the Ritz with my wife who used to visit when she lived in Burnham previously. Polite friendly staff, tickets well priced and great sized screen. Because of the low cost ticket price I felt no issue buying extras like popcorn and a drink which I usually wouldn’t have if I’d have visited someone like Odeon. Very happy to have found a good local cinema we can support! Something I would love to see introduce is an/messaging service where I can purchase drinks, food etc during a film and have delivered to my seat. Sometimes I’m not in the mood for something when I arrive but then see other people with popcorn then regret my decision, but I don’t want to miss the film….1st world problems

It's a nice little place, the tickets are very cheap, the staff are friendly and there is an intermission ( not during the film, but before it starts) which is nice to see as it is not common these days. Lovely local cinema!

What a fantastic independent cinema. We always see a film here when visiting Burnham-on-Sea. Bargain prices and friendly staff at this lovely bijoux cinema. A visit here is highly recommended!

Although it's a quaint and cheap venue to see films. And has old fashioned nostalgia, the small screen we sat in meant it was hard to watch the film, with rows of people in front of us. The draught soft drinks were warm rather than cool. Did feel watching at home in a couple of months would have been a better approach. The experience wasn't helped by people behind us vaping and being generally antisocial. Not the venue's fault - could happen anywhere. But just added to a more negative vibe than positive.

Attended a charity fundraiser quiz night here. Apparently they run these for different charities each Monday night. Very professionally done. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Made to feel welcome and “regulars” were chatty. No parking on site so you need to use kerbside parking — time restrictions apply so check! — or public car parks / sea front parking. Full disability access throughout and disabled toilets available.

This is such a cracking little venue! Great prices on tickets and concessions, air conditioned, easy to book, and lovely staff. It's not our 'local' but we're here regularly as it's such a great experience. Also, what's not to love about a venue where they sell ice-creams in the screen before the movie starts?!

Visited a couple weeks ago to watch minions and had a lovely experience. The tickets are great at £4!!! and good selection of food and drinks. The staff are friendly, the young lady who served me was chatty and spoke so kindly to my children while they selected their treats. Wish we had a local like this, we will be back when in the area
