I am first of all a runner but I enjoy going to this going to this gym. Because it is not a national chain it knows its customers. It recruits and retains excellent staff, who communicate well with us. Give it a go. The charges as simple, you are not trapped into any contract. Enjoy! It will keep you running, cycling etc longer and injury free.

Friendly club, quality gym equipment, padel courts, lovely cafe bar, great staff and members. Love it.

Been going to this place in its various guises for forty years I should think ... not played squash for a long time and not tried padel but the gym is well equipped and well maintained. Recent upgrades have made it all very impressive.

Excellent service and variety of drinks available at the bar for a health club.. Prices aren’t too high and being able to sit out on the veranda in the sun makes it worth the trip up.. they do priories members during busy periods but as a weekly visitor this has never been an issue

My new wife and I had our wedding reception here on the 28/07/2018. We found this place at the last minute and we're so happy we did. It is stunning! The area is quiet and the views are fantastic. There is a large hall where we had our day time food, then a perfect area for the disco and then the bar, The balcony is the icing on the cake. From the moment we called them to ask to look at the place they were on the ball. Angie helped us through the whole thing and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the staff were amazing and so friendly with all our guests and extremely professional. Can honestly say we couldn't have been happier anywhere else and any functions we have in the future will be held here. A huge thank you from all our family and friends for a fantastic experience.

Biostrong visit. Anti aging bone strength & power plate for balance & more strength. Done on 20 mins, no sweat. My body has definitely changed in terms of strength, balance, anti age. I honestly feel more youthful, strong, difficult to describe but the difference after a few weeks was palpable, after 2years, totally amazing. I'm reverse aging!!! Worth the investment every week.

This was originally know locally as the Squash club and within the last 18months has undergone a renovation. All sorts of physical activities, including a really good yoga class, and a decent gym (as well as squash) are held here. It has a really nice relaxing Cafe area with new balcony. Great parking facilities. Also has a podiatrist in situ. Easy to find just off the Hookstone Woods area by the main entrance to the Great Yorkshire show ground.

This is friendly club with excellent facilities - well equipped gym, four squash courts and a fitness studio. There is a lovely social area and a bar. The recently built balcony is a lovely place to relax in the sun. A recommend.
