This review is for THE FIFTH WHEEL BAR AND GRILL. I don't usually write a review when I didn't like the experience, but this one is special. We visited over last weekend for a breakfast on our way to Manchester (and now I know we should have gone for Greggs instead) We paid 18£! for our breakfast. We ordered omlette breakfast and traditional breakfast and 2 coffees. ( please see photos) Both orders were missing mushrooms, one was missing eggs other one tomato and the omlette was like just a messed up fried egg. Im sorry but this is not what You expect for 18£. We didn't complain, we just left.

Nice place to stop off, all the normal service station stuff but geared more towards truckers even had a barber on site for a quick haircut

If you sit inside you keep having to go outside to see if your coach is there. Not very organised. Can get hot drinks and food.

Dissapointed ... for a TRUCKSTOP... everything is old , everything is ... let's put this way ... not updated ... it's my personal opinion but this is what i saw , everytime i've stopped there , starting with very dirty toilets especially first thing in the morning ...

We love staying here. There is everything you need. The hotel is well insulated and although it's a services, there is no noise. We book this hotel when we go to see our son and his family in Lymm.

9 out of 11 cubicles in the gents are out of order, tried McDonald's and there was no paper in the gents and door to the disabled toilet had a broken lock and wouldn't close

The McDonald's needs to be very very alert when making food and ensure orders are made incorrectly as it's a long way to have to turn around on the way to Chester

Overall Rating: 2/5 stars Pros: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Cons: Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Floor needed mopping. Found used condom packets and an empty whiskey bottle in the room from previous guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others. The only positive thing about my stay was that the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Additional comments: I understand that mistakes happen, and that hotels can be busy, but there is no excuse for leaving a room in such a state for the next guest. I hope that the hotel management will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve their cleanliness standards. I would also recommend that the hotel invest in some new mattresses. The bed I had was so hard that I decided to get up after a few hours as I couldn't sleep. I had a shower and that leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Great services. Spent many nights parked up here. Has absolutely everything you need including a fantastic truck accessory shop. You get get a pint and a hot meal and the staff are really nice and helpful... There is also a truck Wash. 🚚 Truck on truckers 🫡 Stand easy 👌

Loved the services. Great design, everything in arm's length, and a visit to the Bar and Grill next to M&S is a must... The food was excellent and delicious, and the vegetarian food was made in separate friers. Great service and all round amazing!

It’s a alright service station. Mc Donald’s. Greggs. M&S foods. Costa. Truck accessory shop.

Great place for EV charging due to amenities available - chargers were struggling to reach 50KW though

I have always liked visits to Lymm. Such a busy transit point outside while seemingly calm in the retail area. The lorry park fills up overnight and wasn’t a favourite night out place for me as arriving early to get parked meant finding I was blocked in by late arrivals. OK if I wasn’t in any hurry. The fifth wheel restaurant service can be slow but never disappointing. It’s mystery is the disappearing cowboys. Last time I was in there was a life size wooden cowboy. I’m sure there were five of them first time I went there.

Great services with everything you need. Lovely little courtyard space too.

Perfect for short break from driving you got everything which includes Greggs, Costa Coffee, Marks and Spencer's food, whsmiths and McDonald's. fancy staying a little bit longer there's even a hotel

Good bits, Plenty of spots to park the truck. Now for the bad. As for the 5th wheel bar and grill..... just frozen slop fired on a plate and put in a microwave. Wouldn't feed the food from it to a dog. Altho the Staff in it are friendly. Toilet facilities are poor. Could really do with a recondition. Showers are the same.

Clean tidy, breakfast good and quick reasonably priced.

we spent nearly two hours there (First two hours free for all vehicles). got very delicious dinners at Bar & Grill and drank nice latte at Costa. it is a lovely place and now it is my favorite service on my way.

Best services around this part of the country, has a McDonalds and a greggs, don't think there's anything else you could need, also the McDonalds is an actual McDonalds open 24hrs which is nice

Expensive and free parking is only for 2 hours. Otherwise, it has good court yard for sitting and facilities for food. It wasn't busy during my visit.
