The sun is always shining at The Detox Shack. Fresh, local ingredients put together with the country's purest positivity make this the ideal way to start everyday. Thank you Yogs for making healthy food so accessible in Leicester! I love that he's providing us with live vegetables 7 days a week, really can't stress how refreshing it is to see all the fruit and veg alive, not dead and frozen. The place is a lovely, warm bubble that keeps the negativity out with only what I assume to be some shamans magic? Or it's just that the service is so sublime and friendly that negativity dissipates as soon as it rears its ugly little head. Thanks again for making everyday in Leicester a sunny one!

The most welcoming place in Leicester, we drove from Lincoln specific to visit the shack. The flapjack and smoothies are absolutely delicious and so cheap! Everytime I leave the shack, I feel positive and clear minded. If you visit Leicester, the Detox Shack has to be a must - I know I'll be going back soon.

I've been slow visiting here and I regret that! A fantastic quirky space with an independent vibe. The owner is so friendly and helpful and the product is Don. Tell him how you feel and he will pick you up!

Had a very tasty tea made of ginger, organic turmeric, lemon and an anise seed. I could feel all the positive energy that was put into it. Lots of fruits, plants, vegetables and spices everywhere. Feels very healthy and in tune with nature. The owner told me that he can do anything I would like, any juice, any smoothie, any tea, any coffee, whatever I need. Very unusual to have an ability to get something very personalized to your own needs. The owner has a very positive attitude to life and very warmly welcomes his guests. Healthy, good, tasty, natural, positive. UPDATE: I just had a wrap and a cacao flapjack. The wrap was full of healthy ingredients, sprouts, avocado, salad and other vegetables, very nice and tasty, I felt good after eating it. Flapjack is really nice as well, quite a large and dense chunk, not very sweet to make my teeth hurt, but pleasantly sweet without unpleasant after taste. Everything I had so far was impressively tasty!

What a great place the juices are just amazing been here a few times and great service everytime. The man who owns the Shack is very friendly and gives get advice on what juice to have depending on how I'm feeling, like if I have a cold or just need an energy boost etc. Would recommend this place with 5 starts take yourself there and see for yourself you won't be disappointed. A healthy lifestyle is the way forward and this Detox Shack is providing fresh quality ingredients what more could you ask for.

Just been in on the off chance we were passing and WOW what a fabulous place. Small but the owner is super friendly. My daughter and I had a beautiful healthy shake. Absolutely love it there. Definitely going to make it a regular visit everytime I'm in Leicester.

The best! You enter the tiny space and you feel transported to somewhere I cant pinpoint it. It's so calm yet energetic. The owner greets you, asks for your day and depending on your answer he prepares whatever you'll be needing. The first time I went there I was so cold and all needed was a hot beverage. I had it and more, enriched with ginger, tumeric, cinnamon, apple, anise. A whole bunch of incredible spices. Today I went feeling dehydrated and tired and he made me a delicious, zesty and spicy refreshing beverage made with lemon, lime, strawberries, ginger and turmeric. So good! I paired it with a delicious flapjack he baked, made with dates, castanha-do-Pará (Brazilian nut), oats and other things. The perfect complement. Being a vegan, vegeta-rian, meat-a-rian, pisci-ta-rian, however tarian you are, go and have a try

The Detox Shack is really really small, though Yog showed me how amazing service works. He was all full with positive energy, and really wanted to recommend for me something that is going to be the best for me. (He was interested in not only what I was after, but also he asked how would I feel having certain ingredients in my drinks and I was very happy about that) Very keen on helping and very efficient in his service.

Great place for healthy food. I had been there the other day and had this fantastic "superfood salad" and "superboost shots" made of ginger, strawberries, lemon and so on. More than the great food, the place has a positive ambience, and the owner Yogs promised to sell "health", not just food. Considering the energy burst after drinking those shots, I can say that he surely does sell health!
