I
was
looking
forward
to
arriving
at
the
Hive@52
after
a
business
trip
and
an
awkward
drive
across
country.
Delighted
to
bee
(sorry!)
allocated
the
room
"bee
cosy",
with
a
large
bath
and
comprehensive
utilities
tray.
Very
warm
welcome
and
full
explanation
about
local
eateries.
Firm
pillows
were
very
welcome
and
I
was
quickly
able
to
relax
in
the
family
home
atmosphere.
The
focus
on
encouraging
pollinators
throughout
the
stay
was
another
very
welcome
theme
for
me,
with
the
wildflowers
in
the
front
lawn
and
around
the
various
flower
beds
approaching
full
bloom
when
I
stayed.
It
was
very
soothing
to
be
able
to
listen
to
the
soft
humming
of
the
bees
as
they
went
about
their
evening
and
morning
business.
The
breakfast
was
very
high
quality
and
extremely
welcome
after
a
few
tough
days.
Would
not
hesitate
to
recommend
this
B&B
and
would
look
forward
to
coming
again
should
the
chance
arise.
Just
a
point
of
note,
the
steps
up
to
my
room
bee
cosy
were
steep;
no
issue
ata
ll
for
me,
but
worth
bearing
in
mind
for
anyone
with
limited
mobility.
this
should
not
detract
from
(at
least)
enquiring
at
The
Hive@52,
in
my
opinion.
Thank
you
very
much
indeed.
I
really
enjoyed
my
stay.
