Best service I got from a restaurant here in uk. Their staff is so nice and friendly. The strawberry sensation waffles are so good i definitely recommend it. The interior is very cute and cozy too.

This place has literally come in to 2023 with a bang absolutely love the new decor and they even added new items like french toast that i have fallen in love with. I wonder who thought of the design it feels like its out of a Disney movie. Ive had enough of these fancy lavish looking places that serve dessert this is how it should be really inviting and colourful. My mrs loved the mocktails too overall would definitely recommend doorstep desserts.

Decent place for quick dessert. Shakes are really nice but this time it was less flavoury but still good. Had brownie cookie dough 9/10 and waffle with rapberry sauce and strawberries drizzled with nutella 7/10. Pricewise the desserts are okay but shakes could be cheaper.

Ordered for the first time for my Fiancé for his birthday. He loved it. And thank you Doorstep for the kind gesture for writing happy birthday. It really made him smile. It was really nice of you guys. The Ferraro milkshake was really good and the Lindt Cheesecake was heavenly ❤️🥹 you really made our moment very chocolatey. Thanks from Ben and Christina

I have to say, Your pancakes were absolutely delicious, The little drizzle of maple syrup and the slight tartness of the strawberries really made my pancake day complete, The fluffiness of the pancakes was incredible, i will highly recommend this place to my friends. 😋 🥞

The desserts are fantastic. My favourite is cookie dough. I like to pick my own toppings so it's nice to be able to customise your dessert. The Movenpick ice-cream is super delicious, well worth it. Presentation is also impeccable. I can't recommend them enough!

Beautifully decorated with lots of food available. In person the menus are quite awkward, cycling through on a screen. A paper menu was offered to other customers but not us for some reason. The food tasted very bad. Milkshake wasn't blended properly and just had pieces of chocolate in. Overall tasted very cheap and unpleasant was expecting a nice taste from similar dessert places but sadly this was not nice. I definitely agree with the other reviews mentioning the milk going bad as mine tasted vile. Staff were also unfriendly and ignored us at first. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Dessert items are always great taste wise and delivered fast too, could do with increasing their portion size slightly

I ordered a selection of desserts including strawberry waffles, cookie dough, sundaes but I was not too happy with the quality of the food. The waffles were dry and not fully cooked. They were soggy and the chocolate was also not enough. I order from another Doorstep branch regularly and they are perfect, I thought to try this branch but was disappointed.

Ordered off UberEats and I requested to change a topping if possible on my brownie dessert which they did. Extremely tasty! Thank you!

Ordered 4 desserts for 4 different people, expensive enough but we went for it. Order ended up coming with just 1 desert and the ice sides of the other desserts. Rang them to know why the items were missing and they wouldn't say anything other than just to contact Uber. I can understand missing one item from an order but missing basically 3/4 of an order is shocking and something I've never experienced. Worse customer service ever for the amount you pay. Will never go back and I will spread the word of how awful this place is.

Order food from here tonight ordered oreo cheesecake for my son and it was covered in mould the milkshakes we ordered tasted like sour milk so clearly the milk had turned. NEVER ordering from there again.

Ridiculous place. Take your money then advise it's 10 mins to make a pancake. It actually took 25 minutes. 1st and last time coming here. Joke! In Addition too this the pancakes are store bought standard American pancakes they warm up in the microwave. Just gets worse and worse

I found a hair strand in my dessert and I thought well okay, it happens sometimes, but then I found another one?! Absolutely disgusting.

My partner was constantly telling me how good doorstep Desserts was so we ordered one night and I was so disappointed I will not order from here again. Estimated time was 55-70 minutes we waited 90. We ordered 2 different milkshakes 1 large 1 regular and they came switched so the one that was supposed to be large was regular and the regular came large. Both cookie dough bases were cold, the pot of custard was stone cold and the whipped cream was the consistency of water. The milkshakes were really good but unfortunately the rest went in the bin. Absolutely awful

This place is too cool. I felt like a big kid in there, it's decorated brilliantly, any kid would love sitting in the hot air balloon booth to choose from a big variety of ice creams, milkshakes, cakes, cheese Ake's, cookie dough etc (menu is on their website) Service was lovely. Would be 5 stars if prices were abit lower but it's decent enough for the odd treat. I just learnt they cater for any event too and got excited!

I am new in town and am trying the local restaurants. I had a choice between this and another dessert shop. Unfortunately I chose this one without reading the reviews. I like to give businesses with 3 starts a chance to boost their ratings. I ordered dinner and dessert at 8:00pm and received an email stating that my order was pending and then accepted. This made me very happy because I haven't been able to change my cell phone to a local number yet. But, if they can email me - I can work with that. They quoted 50 min - 1 hour waiting time, so I started making some sides to go with the dinner I ordered. Over an hour and a half later, I do not have my food. I have reached out to them twice through email, because I am not able to reach them via voice. I let them know how their delivery person can reach me through talk/text if necessary. No response. Their website has a 'live agent.' So I contacted that and was told the contact the restaurant directly. Whomp whomp. I can't imagine that the food would be hot - even if it gets here. I have to go to sleep in an hour and now I'm just going to have the sides for dinner. Others have reviewed that they have good food. I will give them a chance and stop in if I'm in their area. But, as of right now, no food, contact through email regarding a delay/further wait time/issues contacting me - I have no choice but to give it one star, and hope they do better next time.

Easily one of the best cakes I've ever bought to eat. I generally find most cakes to be too sweet and can only eat a bit before it feels too sick, but these cakes are a perfect balance of sweet and not too sweet. Texture is amazing too and looks beautiful. The red velvet cake was my favourite I'd recommend that.

Ordered on Uber eats. Desert was cold when it arrived. Part of the order was missing and we just got told that it was 100% in there when it was sent out. Wouldn’t pick up the phone. Very arrogant to speak with. We will never use this place again.
