It's a lovely airport ..everyone that works there bends over backwards to help u ...its so welcoming expecially security who went out there way to make us a warm cuppa when we needed to stay over night in the terminal when we were waiting on our flight ..what a wonderful start to our holiday

It was the worst airport in my life. There is no point in even going into details. Progress has not appeared there in the last 50 years. As I understand is that positive reviews written by employees, their friends and families.

No WHS or McIntrye bar open at 15.30 in the afternoon? Costa coffee in now away? The departure lounge has only 1 bar open, the Elvis bar is closed? This is the worst airport I've been in in a long time. Not much to encourage me to fly from here again.

After breaking my arm the day before my flight back to Faro was a little worried about transmission through the airport. They made it easy and pain and trouble free! Assistance with the bags and first to board. Great airport and fabulous staff! Thanks to all who helped.

Excellent airport. Very easy check-in and through security in 2 minutes. A job well done, and the staff there should show Manchester Airport how it should be done. Top marks to all.

Great to see the Maryland ANG A-10s arrive. Hundreds of people watching.

A nice small airport with a bit of a feel of faded grandeur from when it was the main airport for Scotland and transatlantic travel. It is efficient to get through but slightly lacking in facilities. One bar restaurant (at high airport prices) airside but no premium lounge. No easy to access on site hotels for early flights. Very good rail and bus connections to Glasgow and Ayr with discounted fare on rail for travellers.

Relatively small and quick operating airport. To get there you could use train, bus or drive by car. No ques, fast check in. Friendly people all around you. The only down side is - past passport control there is not a possibility to have a hot food, only cold sandwiches and refreshments.

Fantastic Airport. Really easy to get to by train or M77. Pick up / drop off is only Β£3.50 for an hour. Long term is a bit steep at just under Β£90 for 9 days, but all things considered its one of the best Airports in Scotland.

Super quick check-in, security checks, immigration while returning. Good small and clean airport. Good connectivity by public transport and also long term parking on airport was hassle free

It's a small airport so limited facilities. No cafes open at the time of my visit, I was meeting an arrival. Large WHSmith branch. Clean and functional. Clearly signposted in terms of the car parks.

Efficient and well organised. Lacks a choice of pubs, cafe and shops. I suppose the low volume of traffic hinder throughput.Potential is there to treble volume with ease.

Such a relaxed airport experience. Super friendly staff too. Don’t expect lots of shops and places to eat as this airport is small and only has around 3 flights arriving and departing each day. This does make it super efficient, quick and stress free though.

Great airport. Needs someone dynamic to realise it's potential. Better than Glasgow in terms of access with trains from Glasgow central. Cheaper to park there and an nice little airport. Have flown to Murcia, Rome, Alicante and Faro from here. It would make sense to expand here as it's better integrated with rail network than Glasgow. Maybe the government should subsidise rail incentives for folks to fly and leave their cars at home.

Flight was fine, no problems.. But do not use the FREE phone taxi phone at the front on the airport. They charge the taxi firm Β£3 per journey which you pay as soon as you jump in the taxi the meter started at Β£7.10. Just call streamline taxi company direct.

Could be a great airport but the public transport links are poor and airport food/drink prices are scandalous.

Never flown from this airport before but this is far the best in the UK.. Staff where very professional and very very friendly you could have a conversation with them without being rushed....really was nice that they passed the time of day with you....5 stars....

Passport control is a different class here ! No winding Q’s and So friendly, chatty, smiling, and made me feel welcome to Scotland. I normally fly into Newcastle my home town and they are miserable jobs worth ### there .
