Great museum with loads of aircraft on display. Tickets are great value for money, even put on a nice Easter hunt for the kids. Great cafe onsite parking is also free. Would highly recommend visiting the spitefire museum over the car park.

A must for all history and aviation enthusiasts. Many exhibits and artefacts to view. The staff are polite and informative and here you get close up to the aircraft. Had a breakfast in the NAAFI cafe and it was really nice. Allow around 2 to 3 hours for your visit. One small negative was the fact that the outside aircraft viewing area did look a little untidy. Overall the experience was excellent.

Visited the NAAFI Cafe which was part of the recent refurbishment of this brilliant local museum. Had a warm welcome and atmosphere is light and airy. Prices for food and drink were very reasonable. Very impressed and supported by local volunteers. Highly recommend both this and the museum for those who wish to learn more about the history of the former Manston airfield...

Brilliant visit today with my son (6yrs). The museum is jam packed full of things to look at - interesting displays full of information, models, the aircraft themselves(!) and they even had an activity sheet for younger ones to do. Really friendly staff and well stocked gift shop. Well worth a visit!

Lovely little museum, much more content than I was expecting. I would highly recommend it and the attached NAFI café next door.

It was a very hot day. It was very fascinating seeing the planes and all the equipment on display plus all the photographs. Not expensive to get in. Took a good 2 hours to get round. Directly opposite is the Spitfire and Hurricane Museum which is free and smaller. Both museums have their own cafe.

Was on my way for a hike by the White cliffs in Kent when accidentally saw the museum and detoured. It was definitely worth it! Very well kept and maintained, with a clear route throughout the whole facility. Last but not least, we were greeted by some of the most friendly, professional and informative (elderly) staff members that totally made our experience great overall.

A fascinating combination of the history of the airfield including some anecdotes and events with a display of aircraft and associated items. The NAAFI cafe is good, too.

What an absolute gem of a museum. Entry price is very reasonable given the amount they have in the museum. Massive amount of exibits and very varied. Staff were excellent and the wheelchair access is top notch.

We went with granddaughter who is doing a wheels of time project. It was a lovely day - but I found the museum very disturbing and quite upsetting. Lots of photos of young men going off to kill young men/ drop bombs on other people. Aircraft built to kill. The best bit was a room set up to look like a forties front room, with all the things people used then.

Not big, but very much to see. And all that for only £5,50. And the best of all: a great café with excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff.

You can’t beat this place for value for money!! Excellent displays, friendly and helpful staff and not all ultimately designed to get you into a massive gift shop with loads of unrelated stuff!! £15 for a family of five! Other attractions should take note!

This was a wonderful day out. I learned a lot about RAF history and it's aircraft. They also have a beautiful cafe with delicious food. The highlight of my day was sitting in the cockpit of a victor refueler plane. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to going again.
