Came here to drop off an injured robin fledgling, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a relief to find they were open on a Sunday!

Clean and caring. We took a very sick hedgehog there and a couple of months later, collected her on full health and twice the size. What a great work being carried out there.

Incredible. Really professional team. I started to volunteer with them a few weeks ago and I can’t sing their praises enough. The team really care about the wildlife that come in and will do as much as they can to give it the care it requires.

Took an injured slow-worm here for help and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I got an update on how the slow-worm was and you could tell they genuinely cared.

Brought an injured bird in and the lady was very nice and compassionate. She took the bird, I filled out some paper work and he was taken into care. Very good organisation and I shall be regularly donating to them to help facilitate the good work that they do.

Wonderful place, doing amazing work. Took in an injured bird I found, gave me updates on how they were caring for it afterwards, as it was in shock and had injuries. They had a lot of other patients they were also caring for. Cannot thank them enough for the incredible work they do.

Volunteered to work in the Hospital & it was fantastic to be able towork with the Hedgehog's. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and easy to get on with. The dedication and care they give is absolutely amazing. Happy to answer questions without feeling I was being a burden. I would encourage anyone to take the oppertunity to be involved if they are able to offer a few hours of their time as I guarantee you will enjoy every minute. Overall, I would definitely give the staff and establishment 10/10 and would definitely do it again if given the opportunity.

I turned up with an injured magpie about 10 minutes after they closed,but someone still came out & took care of him. Very much appreciated.

Rang about an injured bird was told by the woman I’ve not eaten all day or seen my kids I want to go home. Sorry there’s a bird dying on my conservatory roof. Vile

These wonderful people have taken in 2 animals we have found so far and they do not ask for a penny. Such wonderful people in a really cool place. If you can give please do as it helps massively!

The lady dealing with my visit was absolutely amazing. I called after they had closed, however, she patiently waited whilst I brought in a very badly injured baby Hedghog. The hedgehog had been born and raised in my garden and found by a neighbour very unwell. I was so thankful that the member of staff was still willing to help. She took him in straight away and explained his injuries to me. She also said she would call a vet ASAP as wasn't happy leaving him over night. Unfortunately when I called the next day they told me he had to be put to sleep. Really thankful for Brent lodges help and the genuine care they gave.
