I have been here many times as a parent. My children love it very much; it is an excellent place for children with lots of activities. My children enjoy every sport in this fort.

Went to the 'Family Fun Day' there, lots of interesting things to do, especially if you want a go at the sports that they normally offer like shooting and archery. The horse riding displays by their own local riders was very good. Very busy and they possibly underestimated the number of popularity as with it being good weather wise, they could have had more catering and a 2nd ice cream van.

A beautiful location/venue for the last boat jumble of the year. But especially lovely as a location for fantastic views across the water and for those wanting a walk on beautiful fields with some varying gradients.

Very impressed with Fort Purbrook, we went for the craft fair which was excellent. Some of our group went on the tunnel tour which they enjoyed. Fantastic views from the old ramparts, good facilities, cafe and toilets. Will go back to take part in future events.

Visited with my son & Grandson. They've been before and I joined them to try air rifle shooting practice. The two guys running it knew there stuff, and showed me how to hold rifle and how to load pallets. An hour cost £13 for me my son & Grandson. I really enjoyed it and hope to back. They also run archery and judo classes. We'll worth a visit.

A fabulous and enjoyable day at Peter ashley activity centre, the whole family loved it. Shooting, archery, laser tag and more for a very reasonable price. Our guide, Aaron, was helpful and full of information about the site. Totally recommend giving it a go! Try the tunnels, if you dare.....

First visit here and first time Bouldering. It's a really interesting place and I look forward to trying out the rest of the activities here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as my friend went to the other site so make sure you check your sat nav is set to the right Fort! Bouldering was cool, quite a large space with various challenges depending on your skill level (mine bring non existent lol). There's some really interesting history tours along with Archery and Laser tag too which I really like to go and do next . Definitely recommend for kids of all ages, especially adults sized kids :D

Stayed there, basic accommodation. Not for those who like their comfort, gate locked early so if you do stay, make sure your group leader has a key. Staff were very welcoming. The view, however, is fantastic.

Had my son’s 13th birthday party here today, doing archery and laser tag - it was such a fun experience, the staff were super welcoming & made the whole experience great. All the boys had a brilliant time, thank you!
