Silver wash was perfect. Very pleased with the Autoglym express wax (extra cost but well worth it) refreshing to see a valeting coming use the products they advertise! One of the younger detailers had a good knowledge of car care, especially on the machine polish side of things. Will definitely give it a think for the future.

First time using these guys. Fantastic job! Quick efficient and friendly I will be back!

Very pleased with the service I received, the interior and exterior of the car were washed with a nice finishing wax! Only thing I'd say is it's on the pricier end - my car classifies as a small car and I was charged £40.

2 years ago was elite, now is standard fast car wash. 25£ for out and in clean is lot of money for service what we receive. Last 3 valeting no one touch inside glass, my black car have lots of marks around. Before standard of service was 3 levels higher like now, and this is very sad because I like this guys and this place.

Love the fact that this place takes card payments. They did a great job on my car. Very professional and friendly.

We came today around 2:45 as we were at the garden centre anyway and the car needed cleaning we asked for the outside to be done. We noticed that they were being quite quick about it even though no one was waiting to be done. We was unable to stop and discuss this as we had to go and pick our daughter up from school. Last time we came here we gave a 5 star review to support them and just feel really disappointed now. You can see there's still dirt most places.

Great service, very friendly, fair prices. Being able to pay by card is a massive plus! Even pleasant when I pointed out a missed spot at the end, to be fair it was easier to see from where I was stood, but they sorted it with a smile. Will be returning. Maybe offer loyalty cards?

My car on one side was covered in minerals from tap water due to a lawn sprinkler, which was on for some time. It left a white dull film on my car which Elite went the extra mile to put it right. Job well done.

My car is spotless after great service by the three lads and the lady at Elite Valeting yesterday (22-07-22). I usually clean my own car but after it was covered in baked on resin from a lime tree following the extreme heat of 19th July, I couldn't face doing it myself! In addition, I had left a jacket behind, in the customer waiting area and only realised this a long time afterwards but they're holding it until I can pick it up on Sunday (24th). Tom, the owner, very helpfully liaised with me on this. £25 bought a Gold standard wash, polish, vacuum and interior polish which took about 25 minutes.

It seems the chap that use to run this place has gone and the standards went with him. They did a really rushed job, left marks here and there on the body work and the alloys looked absolutely awful. No effort made at all, I won't be back! Oh and £12 just to wash the outside is pricey so you would think they would go the extra mile and do a good job.
