Great place to stay. The renovation has been to the highest standard the main bedroom and en-suite is amazing and the sunsets are fantastic. The Neptune is on the doorstep for drinks and a short walk takes you to the harbour or town centre.

Beautiful house right on the beach with amazing sunset views. The house is beautifully appointed with high-end appliances and homewares and is very well equipped. The location is the best in Whitstable too, handy for the high street and all the lovely pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks Andy for a great stay.

Sea Sunset Cottage Review The cottage is a townhouse situated in a prime, enviable position close to shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour. The property is located right on the seafront overlooking the beach and is arranged with living accommodation on the first floor to maximise views of the sea, including oyster beds and the most amazing sunsets. The owner is welcoming, friendly and helpful in providing detailed information about local places of interest. Sea Sunset Cottage is clean, spacious, and quiet having everything needed for a holiday home. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this cottage. Fabulous location, right on the beach and easy walking distance to the great restaurants in Whitstable, but also within easy driving distance of Michelin starred restaurants in Seasalter, Fordwich, Broadstairs and Saltwood. Amazing property with all the facilities you could wish for. Beautiful sea views, so you can simply sit back and enjoy the sunsets. Worth every penny and would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have just returned from Sea Sunset Cottage, having spent the most wonderful, and much needed 4 night break. We found the booking was easy and Andrew most helpful. On arrival we were able to park alongside the property and gaining entry was straight forward. Each room was fresh, spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and the super-king sized bed so comfortable. Being able to go to sleep with the bedroom window wide open, to the sound of the sea, was magical. We were so fortunate to have 4 days of unbroken sunshine and the most wonderful sunsets. Being so close to great restaurants and scenic walks was a bonus. We fully recommend Sea Sunset Cottage for those wanting a relaxing, and memorable holiday. This was our first visit to Whitstable and hopefully not our last. Christine and Peter Brown

What an amazing house. The premier house on Whitstable beach. The house is furnished to the highest standard with all that you need. Life doesn’t get any better sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunset. The team are awesome, with nothing being too much trouble. Can’t recommend enough.

Really morden house in a fantastic location. It’s so close to great restaurants, coffee places and shops in Whitstable. Plus it’s in the seafront with great view ( the view from the large balcony is second to none)! The property is fully equipped and really clean. The mattress and pillow offered by Sea Sunset cottage is so comfortable and we all had great sleep ( I normally bring my own pillow for overnight trip, but didn’t need to use it for this occasion thanks to the great quality pillow offered by sea sunset cottage). The host is super friendly, professional, and goes extra steps to help us set up a pleasant weekend trip. I highly recommend sea sunset cottage in Whitstable, and we are already planning to book it again for next year.

We spent a long time searching for a house right on the beach, and were prepared to go anywhere in the country. I really don't think we could have found anywhere better. Literally right on the beach at Whitstable with spectacular sunset views from the huge balcony on the first floor. Perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by with drink in hand. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could wish for. The only downside is you pay a price for being so close to the beach with occasional late night noise from beachside revellers, but it's a price worth paying for the stunning location.

This was our second visit to Whitstable, we first visited last year and we stayed for a week in the town, within a few hours of arriving we knew that we loved Whitstable and that we would be back. During that week we set about investigating the area and also started looking for the perfect place for our next visit, when we found Sea Sunset Cottage we knew that our search was over. We spoke to Andy and booked a week for this year's visit to Whitstable, sorted. Sea Sunset Cottage is a truly amazing property, it looks fantastic in the photos and it doesn't disappoint. It has been fitted out and furnished to a very high specification with every need catered for and no expense spared. It is located right on the beach front in what we think is the perfect position, it's only a few minutes walk from the middle of town yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. The views of the Neppy and along the beach to The Whitstable Oyster Company and beyond are fantastic but then watching the sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine is sheer perfection. Andy has ensured that everything has been thought of from the complimentary toiletries to the well stocked kitchen and wine fridge. The private parking space just outside the door is perfect, it means that you can go out in the car without fear of losing your space which can be a problem in Whitstable. Andy has been great to deal with from start to finish and we would highly recommend this property, make sure you book direct with Andy. As you might expect we will be returning to Whitstable next year and we will be staying at Sea Sunset Cottage.

My Husband and I managed to get a mid week break at this amazing house last week. Neither of us had ever been to Whitstable but are both very well travelled. Andrew communicated very well, and addresses all my questions promptly. Sea Sunset Cottage is perfectly located for a beach holiday, or a visit to Whitstable. The house is right on the beach, although there is a pathway which runs underneath the balcony, and many people do look up, but we didnt mind. The house inside is decorated to a very high standard, with lovely soft furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped too. And the house is spotlessly clean!! We were so lucky with the weather as it was one of the hottest days of the year ,so far ,whilst staying, and just being so close to the sea, and beach was perfect. There are many lovely places to eat within walking distance too, so no need to drive. We had the most perfect stay. Thank you Andrew, we will be back!±
