This is much more than a framing shop I was very surprised when I walked in to get a picture frame to find out that it has beautiful cafeteria and gift shop, the lady who served me was very pleasant and helpful. Waiting to collect the frame photo Before Christmas hopefully as was promised.

We've lived in Blyth for 2 years now & pop to Frameworks here and there to have a coffee or to browse. Yesterday we took two items in for framing. One of the items was a photo taken when we first moved here of us at the beach with our dog. Yesterday our dog died and so after months of saying "we must get this framed", we took it in. The lady & gentleman serving us were so friendly and said how photogenic our Roxie was. We explained that she'd died that day. The lady helped us choose the frames and we had a little chat & they offered their condolences. You'll never know how much this meant to us. We've always had a friendly reception at Frameworks & customer service like yours is what helps make you a wonderful place. Shop local. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, we have had nine pictures framed now and just put the 10th in. They are friendly and very helpful, there is a good range of finishes to choose from and their work is excellent quality. All at a good price. Oh and shop is lovely, full of really great and stylish products.

A fine cafe with pleasant staff and quality food not far from the bus station and harbour of river Blyth. You may be there when music is played on the piano or wander up the magnificent staircase to view furnishings for sale

Gorgeous shop selling so many beautiful things. Unexpected Aladdin's cave of treasures upstairs too. Could have quite easily spent hundreds of pounds here. Fabulous!

Very dissapointing Xmas afternoon tea at a cost of £21.95,one choice of sandwich, turkey and stuffing ,no scones and no cream on shop bought mince pies,a piece of pie and piece of corned beef pie which would have been nice to have been warmed on such a cold day and a small piece of Xmas cake and 5 christmas crackers on table for 10 people.I will not be back.

They did a fantastic job of framing posters that had been rolled up for 40 years and advised me well. Although not the cheapest you get what you pay for and it's nice to support a good local business Cheers

Great shop and a must for getting prints or pictures framed. Lovely selection of ornaments too.

Not really my style of cafe, but it was busy with locals. Which is always a good sign. I was disappointed with my cheese scon when compared with that served in Ridly Park.
