Firstly I have given a 1 star because it doesn't give me the option to give 0 star. My mother who is 65 years old visited Iceland with my daughter who is 3 she did £70 worth of shopping and went to the tills and was met with a very rude member of staff who is called Julia I believe. The customer in-front of had not finished collecting his things when Julia began scanning my mums shopping that resulted in some of my shopping falling on the floor she let that slide as she give her the benefit of doubt but then as my mother was putting her shopping in the trolley in the bags that she already had in her trolley she was very rudely shouted at by Julia that she was "not allowed to pack at the till" which should not make a difference on weather she put it in the trolley or the bag that was in the trolley open. When my mother said to her she is not "packing" she is simply putting she shopping in the trolley she was again shouted at very rudely. It is so disgusting that there is no customer service at this Icelands as I have need reading in the previous reviews. This Julia is so disgusting it's not the first time she has been rude we will not be using this Iceland ever again.

it is weird to walk around all the market from entrance to exit. There are no shortcuts.

We decided to try here rather than our local Iceland.. Great selection of frozen foods, ok price wise. I could of possibly given more stars but it appears customer courtesy/care training isn't a thing with Iceland. Over all experience dulled by a abrupt lass on the till. So we'll stick to our local store.

It's an ok shop to drop in and grab a few items if you're in a hurry. I'm not really convinced that it is particularly cheaper than any regular shop/ store but it does have plenty of frozen foods and pre-packaged food items that you would expect. If you shop intelligently and keep an eye out then you can surely grab a few bargains.

First time I've been in this store. I was surprised at how much variety they had compared to smaller Iceland stores. I would very much recommend.

Went in tonight to pick up a couple of things. Love the 3 4 £10 offers and my mate got me going here for the kebab meat and salt and chilli chicken you can do in the air fryer. Service at checkout was excellent lovely lady polite and efficient. Only reason for dropping a star 2 young members of the team I think we're going around facing and tidying the freezer wells were effectively doing nothing, messing around on their phones felt sorry for the girl on checkouts who was between customers coming off and tidying and facing the ends. She truly deserves a well done!

Great store for the selection of foods, but some of the female staff are downright arrogant...that was my first and last visit.

Got to luv Iceland, prices very competitive compared to others and a good selection, and don't forget 10% discount on a Tuesday for over 60's

It isn't as good value for most things as Tesco is. But if you want a bag of 100 chicken nuggets, this is your place.

Great price and variety of products. Customer service is really blunt and often judgmental. disappointed.

Love shopping here. I just wish they would change the layout of the store so the ambient products came before the frozen. I'd probably buy more then.

This is a much bigger Iceland super market than your typical one . Much bigger variety of frozen products than you can shake a stick at . Friendly staff are always happy to help you out when you need it . Word has it that they also have a customer toilet that comes in handy for those customers who are Diabetics . There is parking for Disabled customers and yes , you can use your mobility scooter in the aisles to get around .
