Cappuccino
I
frequently
visit
Krispy
Kreme
as
a
meeting
point
for
my
motorcycle
bike
rides.
Love
the
doughnuts
and
staff
are
always
happy
to
help
like
when
I
ask
for
a
vanilla
milkshake
with
a
shot
of
expresso.
My
issue
is
that
I
repeatedly
noticed
that
their
cappuccino
seems
to
get
lesser
and
lesser
in
the
cup.
Previously,
I
raised
this
issue,
when
I
felt
the
cup
almost
empty
when
I
held
it
in
my
hand
at
the
collection
point.
The
manager
then
told
me
that
she
is
sorry,
and
that
it
should
have
been
filled
up
more.
I
didn’t
take
a
top
up
as
I
don’t
need
too
much
coffee
for
me
personally,
but
I
feel
consumers
need
to
know
what
to
expect
for
future
and
value
for
money.
I
went
again
in
December
2022,
and
the
same
thing
happened.
This
time,
the
same
manager
told
me
that
it
was
correctly
filled.
Literally
just
above
half
a
cup
of
coffee
and
the
rest
all
froth.
She
then
began
to
give
me
a
“lesson”
on
how
to
make
a
cup
of
coffee.
Staff
seem
to
be
tired,
exhausted
and
being
put
under
pressure
by
management
who
may
be
asking
them
to
do
things
in
a
certain
way??

a
guess
I
don’t
know.
