Yummy yummy Krispy Kreme as my kids' have said. First time eating in Krispy Kremes - service and staff are lovely and friendly. Great price for delicious donuts. Choice of 32 different variety flavours. Freshly made. We received free donuts as we were there when their 'hot light' was on. Even get to see how they make them. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth and love Donuts!

Always a long queue on arrival but staff are efficient so it's quick moving. Shame that a few flavours were sold out and there were no milkshakes but we did arrive at 8pm so maybe this is why. Couldn't see any bins inside so put our rubbish in bin outside but a few had left theirs at the tables so looked quite messy in places. Plenty of seating inside and a few outside plus a drive through. Drove 35 mins for kids to have novelty pudding and doughnuts are fresh and amazing! I would come back!

Great donuts which force you to eat more than is good for you! The venue can be too busy as large queues of people unable to decide what donut they want. Need a fast track lane for people just wanting a standard box and be on their way!

I ordered a dozen choose your own, I wanted to change one of the donuts just after I payed and they didn’t allow. I ordered late with oats milk and they didn’t have any alternative milk. The supervisor was on social media scrolling on her phone and unhelpful.

This place smells amazing, very friendly staff and inside is like a small donuts factory. My kids really enjoyed to see how the donuts are made.

Opening hours on website are from 7am... however when I arrived at 7:25 last week through the drive through and tried to order coffee and a donut, I was informed “our coffee machine doesn’t turn on until 8am”. I had to leave without getting the main reason I stopped by. People are already well on their way to work by then… what is the point of offering coffee in the morning if you miss the main time people are able to get coffee before work. Also, this should be reflected on your website opening hours (something along the lines of “caveat: we don’t actually do coffee for an hour after opening”

At 8 am , a rude young lady was selling donuts! Being Rude to your costumers at a doughnut place , one that I was so happy with until now, this is the first rude and unprofessional lady I’ve encountered in New Malden shop , I hope the manager dose something about this. Not to mention I was with my son. Totally unprofessional! And don’t go there, you are expected to put your boxes in the bag yourself!!! I’m a regular there and I’ve never had such a bad experience. Forgot to mention I was the only client at that time. Congratulations on ruining my day!

Great donuts ..at a price! Watch them made and cooked. Just about something for every taste. Seating area not very good and normally needs better cleaning. Toilets are showing signs of heavy use and don't get much attention. Staff were busy chatting behind counter about their social lives when I visited.

Must Have: glazed ‘hot donuts’ straight from the baking tray. Soo soft. Very rare opportunity to see how it’s made from start to mouth ;) Staff very friendly. Coffee also great.

I mean Krispy Kremes are Krispy Reems amirite. Can't really go wrong. This place though. Great cleanliness and hygiene. Staff were friendly and didn't mind me bringing my bike in and leaving it by the door. Wish I could be back there right now.

The donuts are delicious, but I think they are overpriced. I recommend using the app because it's cheaper than 1 pound. Coffee tastes good too.

Great spot for a coffee and a doughnut. Used to come when I was young and now I bring my kids! Plus they have the production line on show. Can't beat original glaze!

Cappuccino I frequently visit Krispy Kreme as a meeting point for my motorcycle bike rides. Love the doughnuts and staff are always happy to help like when I ask for a vanilla milkshake with a shot of expresso. My issue is that I repeatedly noticed that their cappuccino seems to get lesser and lesser in the cup. Previously, I raised this issue, when I felt the cup almost empty when I held it in my hand at the collection point. The manager then told me that she is sorry, and that it should have been filled up more. I didn’t take a top up as I don’t need too much coffee for me personally, but I feel consumers need to know what to expect for future and value for money. I went again in December 2022, and the same thing happened. This time, the same manager told me that it was correctly filled. Literally just above half a cup of coffee and the rest all froth. She then began to give me a “lesson” on how to make a cup of coffee. Staff seem to be tired, exhausted and being put under pressure by management who may be asking them to do things in a certain way?? Just a guess I don’t know.

Very convenient and loads of donuts to choose from. £20 for a box of 20 is not bad. This location is a drive thru but there have been moments when you had to find a parking spot to go into the store. Only a few people work here but they do a great job

The doughnuts here are the best Krispy Kreme you will get because you can watch them being made! You can't get fresher than that. The coffee was good and the service was lovely. Free parking as well. The toilets were clean. Like anywhere they have busy times when you might not get a parking space or seat.

Nothing beats a hot donut. Harvey was really helpful and recommended the best selection box, complete with one fresh off the belt - delicious!

Love going to Krispy Cremes. Always busy but everyone gets served very quickly. Worth while downloading their app and get some great offers. It's great you can also see the doughnuts being made. A great experience for the children to see.

Came for an after dinner treat for the kids. Bought 4 doughnuts and were given 4 free just fried ones. Tasted good and warm still. Kids loved them. Parking available right outside too.

The noise in this place has to be heard to be believed. I'm not really so keen on donuts, but my partner reckoned they were pretty good. Coffee was nice though. It's the prospect of this noise that would make me think twice about going back. Still, nice enough decor, etc. so I think a 4 star review is justified.

Had an amazing visit today, Was a long rubbish day working in the office decided to treat myself with some donuts. The place was spotless and staff was quick and attentive, I am quite indecisive but thanks to patience of my server (Rose? Rosie? I can’t remember) I was able to make a purchase that I was very happy with after asking several questions about the different lines :) Good atmosphere inside, will definitely be popping back in soon 🥰

Nice area with an exciting view of how the doughnuts are made. Speedy service. But doughnuts can sometimes be slightly old and the selection is minimal.

Honestly best donuts I've ever eaten. Getting and eating them fresh feels like taking a bite out of a sugary sweet cloud. P.S. Please bring Krispy Kreme donuts to Finland we could use something as sweet in our daily lives. 🤤 🙏 🇫🇮
