Good variety of middle eastern deli foods, hard to find elsewhere. Fresh fruit and veg outside shop, and also have a halal butchers shop and Arabic Café a few doors along making fresh hot mixed grills and snacks.

Overall this is a good supermarket. Fruits and vegetables are sometimes rotten or not so fresh. Good variety of Arabic and African foods. Depending on member of staff on duty, courtesy is not great. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD!!! I have experienced staff ignoring customers queuing in favour of Arabic speaking customers which is VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I challenged a member of staff on this conduct and she ignored the fact that we were waiting in line. This preferential behaviour is unacceptable and should be addressed. We are all your customers, regardless of where we're from. I only go here if I cannot travel further or have no choice.

I love shopping here. A huge variety of produce from around the world. I always find something new. All the fruit and veg are very good quality and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I often ask how to use a new vegetable and they have great advice.

The store has everything you need pretty much, and one our visits, staff have been great and wearing masks. However, on our last visit, I wasn't happy to see one particular member of staff not wearing a face mask AND was in the till area where the aisle is quite a tight space - this member of staff was sorting boxes inches away from customers in the queue and talking A LOT. We didn't feel safe, so left.

We have been customers at Ecklee grill and Ecklee supermarket for nearly 30 years. I can’t rate these places enough. The staff at the supermarket are so friendly and helpful. The cuisine at Ecklee grill is amazing. We eat from there on a weekly basis and the portions are so generous and we just can’t get enough of it. We have also had catering done on many occasions. Not just us but my extended family from the other side of London love their food so much they have had catering done for weddings and other such occasions. Great food, great service and great family run business.
