So
I
had
to
have
surgery
to
fix
a
problem
which
was
causing
me
both
mental
and
physical
complications,
I
would
not
like
to
disclose
what
operation.
I
first
went
through
the
nhs
and
was
told
I
would
be
waiting
around
80
weeks
for
the
procedure.
Due
to
this
I
went
to
spire
as
this
was
an
issue
I
had
kept
closed
and
private
from
everyone.
Everything
was
going
great,
I
was
seen
by
Dr
sheik
and
he
recommend
a
different
procedure
to
the
one
I
went
in
for
as
he
believed
that
it
would
be
better
for
me.
I
pushed
for
the
one
I
wanted
but
he
really
wanted
me
to
have
the
other
procedure
done,
I
agreed.
I
then
had
the
surgery
done
and
everything
was
great.
I
was
on
my
road
to
recovery
but
was
a
bit
concerned
about
wether
my
issue
had
been
addressed.
After
the
wound
had
fully
healed
i
came
to
the
realisation
that
it
hadn’t
worked,
I
was
beyond
annoyed
as
the
surgery
he
recommended
didn’t
work.
So
I
went
back
to
spire
hospital
to
see
dr
sheik
to
see
what
could
be
done,
he
was
arrogant
and
rude
to
me
which
I
confronted
him
about
his
medical
opinion
being
wrong
and
I
was
not
to
blame
for
this
but
he
still
described
the
results
as
a
surgical
success.
I
then
submitted
a
complaint
about
the
whole
thing
but
I
was
then
told
that
If
I
wanted
the
issue
to
be
solved
I
would
have
to
fork
out
more
money
(of
course)
I
refused
as
this
was
not
my
fault
and
I
slowly
came
to
the
realisation
that
this
place
is
just
a
business,
nothing
to
do
with
healthcare
which
I
should’ve
expected.
So
Instead
I
went
back
to
the
NHS
and
I
asked
if
we
could
go
through
with
the
surgery
any
sooner
and
they
referred
me
back
to
spire
but
the
NHS
would
cover
the
cost,
I
was
reluctant
at
first
due
to
giving
this
place
more
money
but
it
meant
I
could
have
the
surgery
much
sooner
then
I
expected
so
I
went
through
with
it.
I
had
the
surgery
done
which
I
wanted
to
have
done
in
the
first
place
and
I
was
consulted
and
operated
on
by
Dr
Islam
who
was
great.
He
was
very
understanding
and
genuinely
cared
which
was
great.
I
had
the
surgery
done
and
all
was
good,
a
great
result.
Now
7
weeks
on
I
have
fully
recovered
from
the
surgery
and
I
am
more
than
happy
with
the
results.
It
just
goes
to
show
how
great
the
NHS
actually
is
and
it
they
were
the
ones
to
resolve
my
issue
not
the
doctors
here.
Overall
I
had
to
wait
6
months
from
the
first
surgery
to
have
this
all
solved
with
not
a
single
care
in
the
world
from
the
private
part
of
this
hospital.
I
would
really
recommend
to
not
give
these
their
money
and
just
go
through
our
great
NHS,
all
Spire
healthcare
want
is
your
money
once
they
have
that
they
couldn’t
care
less
about
you
which
is
exactly
what
I
experienced
here.
Use
a
different
private
healthcare
service.
