K F couldn’t agree more. How dreadful. Worst place ever. I hope your family member has recovered. That “out patients manager” I use the term extremely loosely is the most cold hearted waste of space I’ve ever met (if it’s the same one from late last year), Thick as my waist line after 3 pregnancies. My 2 year old has more people skills. The only reason my sister went was the staff and they soon see the light as they change staff like I change nappies. Do not have cosmetic procedures here unless you want to look like a disfigured Jackie Stallone I have little interest in engaging in any form of communication with Pall Mall Medical, I wonder if your response is a tactic to deflect any blame, what could you have possibly done to indicate that you have received bogus reviews? shame on you

I had a family member book in for private surgery here expecting the best. After the surgery by Dr Gendy, she was rushed out of the hospital although she was bleeding significantly. The nurses (Stephanie Lay and Claire King) discharged her with some pads for the bleeding without a post assessment. The bleeding became increasingly worse and Dr Gendy was contacted on several occasions, with no response. After finally being able to reach him she was not taken seriously and told she should not bleeding and will be seen the following morning. The Dr actually laughed and said the bleeding would be from her menstrual period! The bleeding continued until she felt she had no choice but to call for an NHS ambulance. The NHS staff were shocked at how much blood she had lost (approx 1.5 litres) and on examination informed her that she had not been fully stitched and that she was haemorrhaging from an exposed artery. She then had to be re-stitched under local anaesthetic as she had lost too much blood to go under general. She had to stay in the NHS hospital for 2 nights and was given iron tablets for the blood loss. This has been nothing but a distressing and traumatic experience, not only for the patient, but for the whole family. After contacting the Outpatients Manager (Natalie Howarth), she received a very unsympathetic and rude response, doing nothing but denying the medical negligence that took place and covering her staffs’ back. Avoid at all costs. You will get better care from an NHS hospital.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! My partner couldn’t believe how calm I was about the hole thing and I really believe that’s down to the team I had around me. From entering, the reception team were so nice and friendly which instantly put me at ease. My coordinator Jamie lee is 1 of the loveliest girls and made the hole experience really easy. She made me feel like I was the only person having surgery!! My surgeon mr Krishnan is absolutely amazing and clearly a perfectionist. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and then advised what he thought was best to receive this outcome. I completely put my trust in him and I had every reason too. The wonderful nurses who looked after me just before and after surgery and of course the fabulous Maxine who I’m seeing regularly for aftercare! I always come in with a smile and leave with a bigger 1!!! Amazing team!! So so glad I chose you!!

Had my breast augmentation surgery here 29/05/2019 with Dr Krishnan. Pre op nurse and all the staff are here are really lovely!! I was made to feel so very welcome even when my anxiety flared up a nurse very kindly sat and spoke with me which helped me relax before surgery. Thank you 9 months post op... Seen my surgeon again I now have Capsular contracture in my left implant and need to pay more to get it fixed after paying in full. I hate the way they look visible even under clothes. Totally devastated :(

Over the moon with my breast surgery, ever since the age of 15 I have considered having a breast enlargement. I finally took the plunge with pall mall medical and I was falsely put at ease from the very start. From my consultation to the very end with each post op check up and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am over the moon abs feel so much happier in my own skin. My breast where my biggest insecurity and now I can be ME!!! Thanks to Pall Mall, all the staff are very friendly and always at the other end of the phone when ever needed. I couldn’t fault one bit of my journey it was the most amazing experience ❤️ Sent from my iPhone

I’d rate it 0 stars if I could. By far the worst clinic I have ever attended. I came really unsure and insecure so looking forward to my ‘happy op’ that was going to change my life I was greeted by THE WORST receptionist ever. She was rude, she swore at my mum because suffering with anxiety and my mum experiencing a similar surgery I wanted her with me for my consultation, she stood up and completely humiliated me infront of people sat down in the waiting room. When my mum finally gave up the fight with the mouthiest receptionist I have ever met this woman must have put on a bigger act that the oscars in ther interview, I was then rushed in my consultation and then brought to another lady who heightened the price by £300.00 because their ‘prices had changed’ a week before I attended my consultation. I left crying my eyes out I was distraught. If your a twenty something year old I honestly advise you to run for the hills it really did feel like a back street clinic by the unprofessional people I dealt with that day. Luckily I got my surgery done by someone else, I’m convinced the reviews on here are fake.

At the young age off 25 i feared going on holiday, wearing a bikini, holiday photos. I had two kids ten and a half months apart and my body had completely changed. I was struggling with my new body image and had always felt insecure about my breasts. I had considered a mummy makeover for some time looking at different cosmetic places and the right surgeon. After careful consideration I knew Pall Mall was the right place for me too embark my cosmetic journey. From the moment I spoke with Sarah on the phone I felt so comfortable. Asoon as I had my first consultation I knew Dr Krishnan was the right surgeon for me, from the moment I met him he was very professional aswell as having a nice funny aurora giving me expert advice. I couldn't thank him enough he's changed my life and really is a miracle worker! I highly recommend pall mall and Dr Krishnan ThankYou so much for everything I can now love my new body and be happy again.

Absolutely amazing experience at pall mall newton le willows in april for my breast augmentation. The hospital itself is lovely, clean and calm, and the staff are so lovely. Not once did I feel scared or nervous , right up until I went to sleep I felt calm with a lovely nurse chatting to me and the anesthetist who talked me through every step. The rooms are lovely and spacious with a big bathroom and a large TV. I would definitely go back for any future procedures without a second thought.

Attended for MRI to seek independent report to compare with NHS evidence already obtained. 2 PallMall reports failed in their findings. One report was only one and a half lines of text. Gave scant details. They did not provide any new information and didn't even tell me what I already knew from NHS. Admission to me of failings by their Business Manager received by email. Due to my case they introduced a new form for customers to complete asking about prior scans. Again this shows failings in working practices. Also admitted they provide different reports to medical professionals than they do to customers. Smacks of double standards and insults customers intelligence. Requested copies of my NHS reports. PallMall sent 3rd report which was a copy and paste job. Like a child cheeting at an exam by looking over the clever kids shoulder. Just told me what NHS had already said but could not provide this without me giving them the NHS scans. Questionable Radiology. Paid £600 for very poor level of service and sub standard working practices. Would like my money back as reports not fit for purpose. Certainly would not recommend this company. Radiology of a very poor standard. Any company that fails in it's basic requirements and has to change its working practices is not professional, ethical or trustworthy.

MRI scan professionally done in a pleasant and friendly manner. Would have been better if there had been papers or magazines in the waiting area for my husband to read whilst he waited for me. I did not understand the MRI report and a very nice doctor rang me to explain the results in detail.

My wife attended the clinic last week and we both couldn’t be happier with the staff and the service. Her first encounter on the phone with Chelsie was amazing, she was friendly and professional and left a positive impact on my wife who spoke about how kind she was all evening. The great service did not stop there, Dr Stewart was excellent, treated my wife well and was very informative about the procedure which my wife was worried about. The aftercare has also been fabulous, with a follow up call by Chelsie to ask how she was. Honestly when you speak to the staff nothing is too much trouble they have all been amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had my tummy tuck here with mr hussain, they took around 1cm of skin and can’t tell me how much lipo, other surgeons in the company have agreed I need revision but they won’t give me my money back. I was told I would have a vertical small scar under the belly button if emergency he does all his clients like that I’ve woke up with a vertical scar and you can see where the old belly button was. Honestly do your research they are horrendous

Really really bad service. Made an online enquiry stating i wanted to book in for a liposuction consultation for my thights & legs - then got a phonecall off a member of the team who booked me in with one of the doctors saying Liverpool was unavailable would i be able to travel to Newton le willows for my consultation instead? - so i went for my appointment travelling 45 minutes - booked a day off work, to get there only to find they had booked me in with a doctor who does not do leg liposuction? How ridiculous - if i wanted my teeth doing you wouldn’t book me in with a chiropadist would you? Surely that would be the first thing you would ask me when calling to book my appointment even though I clearly stated online what I wanted! I then got put in a room with the treatment co ordinator who said she was unable to give me a quote or anything but promised she would contact the other doctor for me and get me fitted in their soonest clinic and that she would call me later that day - 3 days later still haven’t heard a thing. Even a curtosey call to apologise or keep me in the loop would of been nice. Definitely will not be trusting this practice now utterly rude and unprofessional! Complete waste of my time and money do not recommend.

I decided to pay for a consultation with a rheumatologist and injections in my knees because I needed to get back on my feet and back to work. The website states "book a single consultation with a private rheumatologist if you want some quality time..." Due to the current situation I am unable to be examined by my GP. My pain was so bad that I felt I couldn't wait on the NHS waiting list for months. After reading the Pall Mall website I was hoping for a discussion, examination and advice as well as the injections. I was told that it would not be necessary to get my medical information from my GP because the consultant would examine me and know what to do which seemed strange to me. From setting foot in the door, filling in a form and having my 'consultation' took 10 minutes! The doctor just jabbed my knees in different places. Surely my medical notes about previous injections would have helped. For the first time having cortisone injections have not worked for me. Back to NHS for me.

Came here to have two moles removed on my back. The experience wasn’t great. They called me the evening before to try and move my appointment to earlier the next morning despite knowing I was travelling from far away. I arrived at the new time we had agreed and waited an hour before being seen, with no update from the staff that my appointment was delayed until I queried it at reception. I had to change into my surgery gown in the toilets as they hadn’t prepared a room for me. Afterwards, no-one came to discharge me so I had to chase and they forgot to give me the antibiotics prescribed until I reminded them, saying I had “fallen through the cracks today”. No aftercare instructions provided on wound care either or extra dressings provided. Not what I would expect from a private treatment!

My wife was told a date for her consultation and she was constantly pestered regarding the appointment for weeks before. My wife is very nervous and made this very clear to the woman that called her and said that she would be coming with me ie her husband and the woman said yes thats ok.On arrival at the clinic she was told that I couldn't accompany her to see the doctor to which the doctor asked why it's the covid was the reply so we left without seeing him.i can't comment on how good the surgery is but I can say it was a shambles on the centres communications with each other needless to say another clinic will now not get my money to perform the op which will run into thousands .its your choice but I would avoid this place my wife come away well upset and angry as she had waited a long time to get an appointment

Great experience yesterday. I went for an ECG. Reception staff were lovely and waiting area comfortable for the short wait. The two nurses were efficient and charming and I was in and out in no time. Parking on site so ideal location rather than city. I met a director of the company on the way out and he was very kind and considerate. I would recommend Pall Mall Newton Le Willows to any clients.

I had a breast reduction with Mr.Prasad and my co ordinator was Jamie Leigh. My experience with Pall Mall and all the staff I've encountered there has been amazing. After having consultations with other surgeons and companies, I just felt like Pall Mall had such a personal and welcoming touch. I felt like I was in really good hands from the start. I'm a couple weeks into my recovery and so far the after care and the healing process has been wonderful and way easier than I thought it would be. Im so unbelievably happy with my results and it has already had such a positive effect on me. Best decision I've made for myself, I only wish I could have done it sooner!

I wound not recommend pall mall, I had otoplasty surgery with them in September this year and the journey with them was absolutely appalling. My patient coordinator was rude the entire way through and trying to speak to her was like getting blood out of a stone. I had to ask for all the relevant information myself and the overall experience was not worth my time. The only positive thing I can say is after my operation the nurses there were brilliant and tended to my every need. Since having my op I have not been asked to be seen by the surgeon for a post op check nothing which I believe should of been done and nobody has been in touch since. I will not be going back for any more surgery due to my experience

went to Pall mall for a lumbar and pelvis MRI on Saturday 21st October and got my results on Wednesday 25th! 3 working days later!! Amazing service from the very start! Will definitely be using them again. They are the cheapest on the market, send the full report including images via email along with offering a follow up GP call to explain the results..the staff were also very polite and helpful! Thank you Danielle Handley and Sankey Leah.

Absolutely shocking company. Niki gives wrong prices to get you to put a deposit down then Julie tells you afterwards it's going to cost you double. When we asked for a refund of our £500 deposit which was still in the 14 day cooling off period Julie was a nightmare to deal with to get it back. We even asked just for an email just to say the refund was on its way back to us even if we were to get it back in 30 days or so as we felt verbally telling us wasn't enough as evidence. They left it literally to the 14th day to return the money after I told them I was on my way to physically get it. Why did I have to resort to such measures when it could of been dealt with so easily. Also still waiting on management to call us after this shocking treatment

Superb hospital. Had really good care through my gynaecomastia surgery. Nurses were excellent and really looked after me. Room was spotless and had a TV too! Surgery went well and ive had follow up appointments to see the Surgeon and Nurses regularly too. Nearly fully healed, barely see any scaring and love my new flatter chest. No need to feel embarrassed with my top off anymore. Mr Krishnan was top class, thanks to all the staff too. Highly recommend Pall Mall Cosmetics.

Had a whole body mri scan last week. The whole process was well organized and all staff where helpful. The appointment went to time and apart from the actual machine being noisy it was comfortable and took just over an hour. The discussion with the gp about the results was really useful and reassuring. The only minor point was the whole body scan does not include arm's and legs. !

Stay away! Scammers Wish I hadn't ignored the review prior to mine. Called Pall mall Tuesday to arrange a chest and abdomen mri scan, the lady took the £25 deposit from me lying to me saying it needs to be taken as it's a referral needed, she didnt make no sense, anyhow I paid the deposit she said the doctor will contact me in the morning. Iater on i did some research ontheir website and it states "free consultation for an MRI scan" I called pall mall and asked the lady to explain what the £25 deposit is for, she went onto say this is for the doctors time, and it will only be refunded if the doc feels you dont need an MRI scan? I went onto explaining to her that on the website it states free consultation, she didn't have an answer for this and no where does it state this in their terms and conditions, I was kinda put off but had some hope left. The doctor called me on wednesday early morning I explained my symptoms to him, he wasnt doing much talking. After an awkward silence I asked him whether he recommends I have an MRI scan? He responded by saying "well I cannot answer because I need to assess you in order to tell you whether you need the MRI scan"(ANOTHER LIE) I explained to the doctor that's not what the lady told me on the phone, she said the doctor will call you to decide whether or not you need the MRI or an alternative treatment, he paused for a few seconds and then said "well if you can afford it then have it" LOL what kinda nonsense response is that? Duh I can afford it otherwise I wouldn't be ringing ya would I?? I waited for a call all day yesterday and today but no one has had the decency to call me to arrange my appointment. I had to chase this up myself and spoke to a lady named Jenny she lied to me and said she call me before close of business yesterday once she has spoke to the radiologist. NO CALL The whole purpose of me wanting to book with Pall mall and pay the £200 extra £600 in total(top mri advertise two part scan for £420, but there is a few days wait) was because on your website it states "we can arrange an appointment for the MRI scan the same day or very next day" ANOTHER LIE. Just a scam and conning every patient out of £25. Where does this state In your terms and conditions? I am completely put off. And do not want to go ahead with a scan plus your doctor did not recommend I have a scan he just said "he cant say as he cant see me" Do the right thing and refund my £25, if you dont I will be reporting you to trading standards for false advertising and conning me out of £25. And dont bother ringing me now (when you read my review and lying to me saying we were just about to call you to arrange your appointment for today coz that's not going to work with me)cause its nearly 3pm I wanted an appointment yesterday or today as it states on your website "we can arrange your appointment the same day or the next day saving you time and stress" well it's not happened for me, instead you have caused me stress, wasted my time and caused my anxiety to pike up. I will not tolerate getting conned. And I agree with the last review dont let them have your hard earned money. Scammers

Avoid, avoid, avoid. All they want is your money. The worst private clinic I have ever come across. I agreed their £5000 price for my surgery (1 ear size reduction) which felt overpriced anyway, only to be told few days later (when I wanted to make payment) that the price has gone up and is now £7316. I complained about it, having all holidays in work sorted for the procedure, and they said they will meet original £5000 price. Then 2weeks before the operation they said it was cancelled, blaming the surgeon - saying he was not confident enough to do the procedure ( but during consultation he said it was not a problem). Until today they have not even refunded my deposit, let alone compensate me for cancelling the procedure last minute. Will be taking legal action against them. Please be careful who you pay your hard earned money to.

I have used PallMall for few consultations and MRI/CT scans trying to get to the bottom of my pelvic pain. I got to the bottom of my wallet instead. The consultants I don’t think they are interested much in spending extra minutes trying to help patient unless it’s something simple and straight forward. I have seen dr Jain urologist who referred me for MRI scan. There were some abnormalities out of his scope but he didn’t refer me anywhere for further consultations i could benefit from, i was simply left with I can’t help. There is nobody to coordinate patient progress, consultation results and patient satisfaction. Recently I have seen rheumatologist, described problem but consultant needed to see MRI scan. I did MRI scan at theirs location and referral. In my opinion the MRI scan is a botched job as they meant to report on two areas, but reported on just one. Also the report is very vague, deterioration in spine without saying what areas and the language used is colloquial. Despite heavy symptoms it didn’t find any cause of them, I think radiographer/reporting consultant competence may be to blame. Customer service is patchy, responsiveness depending from weather. Sometimes you get a same day response to emails the other times nothing at all. The consultants I have seen at PallMall, despite not being able to diagnose cause of my symptoms, never made an effort to even put forward potential causes or investigations or direction for further help. Shocking, even though you are there seeking for help you don’t get any. Overall I am not satisfied with PallMall, best to avoid as you may like me have wasted a lot of time living in pain, waste your money and gain very little.

The team at Pall Mall Medical are dedicated, caring and have a clear vision that the patients and their needs are their no 1 priority. The care and attention I received before, during and after surgery from all staff was second to none. The surgical team are very highly experienced and left me in no doubt that I would be happy with the outcome of my procedures. Communication with Sara, the patient coordinator was excellent. She couldn’t have helped me more keeping me up to date and always there to answer my queries. Her warm understanding and knowledgeable approach erased all apprehension I may have felt before surgery and as I was having two procedures at the same time it was particularly difficult to coordinate but sara managed it effortlessly. The pall Mall team are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much.

!! Expect to pay double for MRI scans !! I don’t usually write reviews, and I never usually complain however I feel that strongly on this that it’s the only way I can help others not waste their hard earned money to Pall Mall. Firstly, I had a back injury around a month ago and was recommended by my physio to get a MRI. Knowing the NHS waiting list, I decided to go ahead and pay a lot of money for a MRI scan for two areas which could take around 30-40 mins per area this was £600. I filled out a questionnaire detailing the injury and then had a consultation on the phone - basically a GP needs to sign off for a MRI again I detailed it’s due to an injury. I then booked my MRI a few days later and went to the Newton le willows surgery. Went into my MRI expected at least 30-40 minuet scan bearing in mind it was two areas - I was in there 15 minuets including getting changed and back dressed. The radiologist was leaving the building before I left as were the shutters going down before I left the practise - the whole experience felt rushed however I trusted they’d get the images I had paid for so I could have the answers. I then received my reports and images - a few images of each area and a some notes about what had been found. I then requested a follow up consultation to put their medical jargon into layman terms which he did. The consultant explained that on one area they were unable to tell me the full outcome due to ‘fat suppressed sequences’ which is a type of MRI image was not taken. I questioned this and the consultant stated he had never seen this on a report before and it should have been done he stated he would refer me back for this. So this then lead to 3-4 telephone conversations with varying people most of who had no idea and were there to phone me to pass third party information on from the radiologist as I was not allowed to speak to them directly and couldn’t answer my questions because I expected to get these images free of charge bearing in mind I have already paid for two MRI scans and they wanted me to pay another £300 for a further MRI OF THE SAME AREA! to get these images yet they could have been taken at the time 🤯 Nowhere on the website does it say that you are paying for a specific image it says you pay for a MRI so I expect every image possible taken in my MRI that was paid for especially when my over 1 hour appointment only took 15 minuets! I was further told this was done because the consultant hadn’t requested that type of image, when I questioned why bearing in mind that type of image shows ligaments and I stated I have received a back injury I was told ‘the consultant isn’t a specialist and wouldn’t know what images to request’ like seriously? So basically the initial consultant is there to give the green tick so they can take peoples money to only expect them to pay a second time for images they actually need. I have spoke with people who work in the NHS in the same departments who are shocked by this and couldn’t believe the time I was in there for 2 area scan and stated all images for this injury should have been taken. I genuinely believe they took my money and were not bothered about anything further after this point. I would never recommend Pall Mall, I did not get the service I paid for, I should be refunded atleast for the area that was not fully scanned and policies and procedures need to change at Pall Mall to stop people wasting money they cannot afford at places like this. Further to this Pall Mall should make a clear full detailed route of what happens when you book a MRI and the fact that a unspecialised consultant will refer for a ‘basic MRI’ but DOES NOT understand the different images that can be requested and in actual fact you will only find this out after paying therefore you’re expected to pay again for what you actually need. I am very disappointed in this service and cannot understand if they genuinely care for their patients why they believe this is acceptable.

Literally the worst hospital on the planet. Awful customer service and the staff there are rude and abrupt. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid of you know what's good for you

Cannot recommend Pall Mall Medical enough, especially Dr Tang who treated my daughter recently. Very patient, attentive GP who listened carefully and provided the correct treatment for her. We were kept informed throughout the whole process - very efficient. A big thank you also to Chelsie who was extremely helpful throughout.

suffering from a painful skin problem for the past 14 years and seeing different skin consultants over the years i finally decided to go “private” the hospital team turned out to be a massive disappoinment, for a major painful skin problem like mine i was only seen twice in six months by the same dermatologist who took wild guesses as to what my skin condition was without running any actual tests and generally ignored what i was trying to say before i was discharged without warning from clinic with medication which i had already taken in the past and is ineffective on me and a follow up letter to my gp saying i was more or less cured and to carry on taking ineffective medication whenever i feel like taking it, when in reality i am still in agony!!! But I think the icing was when I came here with my elderly mother last year to have eye surgery and on waiting was speaking to a delightful cleaning lady after I split my drink in the upstairs waiting room, only to see her again all now working in the theatre department. So I did leave thankful for one thing, I was not having any surgery here. I won’t be returning.

I had a very good experience with Pall Mall Medical & cosmetics and it's all down to the staff that were there with me on the day. The nurses Bev & Jamie-leigh were very welcoming and friendly and made me feel very comfortable which helped calm my nerves. I'm sorry I cant remember the mans name who helped before going into surgery but he helped me keep calm and relaxed before the anethatis did his job. I hope you can edit and replace with his name! Overall good experience and I'm sure all the after care will be the same I would recommend to others and Mr Prasad has done an amazing job and did what I wanted and also what is best for my body shape. Thank you all involved!

FANTASTIC FROM START TO FINISH! I was scheduled for my op at 7:30. The minute I arrived I was shown to my room and I hadnt even sat down when my nurse Bev came in to welcome me and went through everything. She was so kind and reassuring and went through everything step by step. Within half an hour I had met all of my medical team, Steph, Matt and the consultant and they were all equally as nice. I was in theatre by 8:15!! When I woke up Bev was there reassuring me and telling me all was well and again all of the medical team had popped in to say hi and make sure I was ok. I couldn't thank Bev, Steph and Matt enough, as well as Mr Pradsad obviously. They made my visit more like a trip to a spa (only with a surgical procedure thrown in 🤣) Thank you all once again!!! Rebecca

Hospital or Hotel? My experience at Pall Mall Medical Hospital has been very enjoyable and I’m struggling to find any faults to say the least. Everything from the staff to the en-suite room are top notch, and of course, as expected, the level of care is brilliant! Huge thank you to everybody!

Used Pall Mall for an MRI scan of my injured ankle. The whole process, start to finish was fantastic. I had the scan within 24hrs, the results were back within 2 day’s. Glad I had it done, it cut out a massive amount of waiting time from NHS. Aftercare is fantastic, reply very fast to any questions you may have, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.. thank you Pall Mall

I would recommend Pall Mall for several reasons but the main one being that you have a consultation with your surgeon before you make any commitments. He/she will give you an image of what your new nose will look like. The pre op was carried out by a professional nurse and on the day of the operation, I met with the surgeon again plus the anaesthetist. The nursing staff were very competent with their pre op checks and made sure I was comfortable. I saw the same surgeon a week later and he removed my nose splint and stitches. I am just about to meet with him again for my 6 week post op check up. I feel confident that I can contact them at any time with any questions. For me, this is invaluable.
