I
had
the
4
-
course
tasting
menu
today.
The
oysters
really
attracted
my
attention.
The
combination
of
cucumber
and
buttermilk
with
oysters
is
a
good
embellishment.
They
are
very
fresh,
you
can
even
smell
the
seawater
close
by,
salty
but
not
fishy.
The
crisp
texture
of
the
cucumber
and
the
softness
of
the
oysters
are
just
the
right
match.
The
silky
smoothness
of
the
buttermilk
in
the
mouth
also
adds
to
the
flavour
of
the
oyster.
The
next
dish
worth
mentioning
is
definitely
Beef
Carpaccio.
The
first
bite
is
a
rich
pistachio
sauce,
followed
by
crunchy
shallot
and
very
soft
layer
of
beef.
I
cut
the
beef
into
small
slices
and
wrapped
the
shallot
around
it,
which
gave
a
wonderful
texture
to
go
with
it.
The
main
course
is
a
piece
of
lamb
served
with
smoked
potatoes.
I
was
full
before
it
was
served
so
I
didn't
leave
enough
patience
to
savour
this
dish.
Normally
my
favourite
steak
is
blue,
so
this
lamb
is
a
bit
tough
and
chewy
for
me.
But
that
in
no
way
means
it's
overcooked,
it
just
doesn't
fit
my
personal
preference.
Despite
this,
the
flavour
of
the
lamb
is
very
well
controlled
and
I
know
many
people
don't
like
lamb
because
it
has
a
distinctive
smell
(Fun
fact:
its
unique
scent
is
actually
the
smell
of
grass).
I
have
to
say
that
it
is
rare
to
be
able
to
eat
these
experimental
and
innovative
dishes
at
such
a
price.
And
this
is
definitely
on
my
top
favourite
restaurant
list
now!
