This is the most amazing Nando's in Glasgow. All westenders should come here. The staff ate super friendly too. We love it!

Food was as unseasoned as the people working there a seen 1 south asian worker considering this is supposed to be an “African” based restaurant there’s no type of color or diversity in the restaurant! A never leave reviews but Am beyond disgusted at the attitude of the 2 girls snarling and laughing behind the counter or kitchen area I brought my beautiful mixed race niece in for a treat and we ended up leaving because of how uncomfortable we were made to feel..Never had an experience like this with nandos before need to start checking for tory postcodes beforehand Ay it’s 2021 Ano for a fact this wouldn’t of happened in any branch in London!!🤦🏻‍♀️❌😒😒

It’s been a long long time since I’ve tried Nando’s. It now has a fair bit of competition so I was curious as to how it fared in 2023. The branch itself was really nicely put together. Warm, wood and leather with wall art and filament bulbs give a chic feel. The menu really hasn’t changed in almost a decade. Prices now are getting into mainstream restaurant territory rather than upmarket fast food tho. Chicken thighs were succulent and perfectly cooked, piri fries were hot and flavourful. The rice had a slightly sweet zesty taste which wasn’t quite to my taste but was fresh and clean tasting. Overall it’s still a great chain if a little lacking in innovation in its products and flavour combinations

Completely messed up my order while I was literally at the register, made me pay much more than I needed to

It was a fantastic experience. Very good customer service team and good food too. My kids can't wait to come back. Me and my family had a good night out plus a delicious dinner 🍽 😋. Thank you for your hospitality. I'm looking forward to coming back soon 😍🥰😍🥰

Accommodated well to our really large group of people and the food was very quick :) probably not my favourite food ever but the chili chips where banging

Near to University so good place to dine in and it's atmosphere is really joyful.

This was our first time at a Nando's. The older gentleman at the counter had very little patience explaining their chicken dishes to a newcomer. I'd give him a D- at customer service. He certainly did not inspire me to come back. Chicken was dry, having been pulled from a drawer full of precooked chicken breasts. They slather on a bit of sauce, reheat it for a few minutes and then serve it. Chicken gets a solid D for freshness and being dry. The chips were good. Sorry, I don't ever need to go back to a Nando's.

We went to Nando’s for dinner - this was our second time in this restaurant and it never disappoints. We appreciate the service from Tay, Lauren and Cameron

Lovely staff, very clean toilets, amaaazing food, full stocked sauce bottles - amazing experience 👌 Minus-ing one star because to be honest - expensive for just a chicken leg and fries (and no drinks included - total damage was £10.50)

Staff were nice, food was quick (though it wasn't too busy at the time) and it was delicious. Overall, it was a great first experience with Nandos for a foreigner.

Needed half a chicken because trying to build up muscle food always good here but what made the difference was my server was awesome he was very polite on the ball and helpful! "CHUTEE FATEH!" These two words are a Punjabi phrase for being overjoyed and that's exactly what my server made me feel!

Food was lovely and staff were great. Issue was - ordering through the qr code website at the table was useless! It was a Saturday night and I assume the restaurant was busy but it kept failing with 500 server errors, timing out during payments, removing everything from our order and forcing us the start again. Gave up after about 25 mins after my phone ran out of battery and got a table order.

Was here the other week and my boyfriend accidentally ordered the wrong item which he couldn’t eat. The staff member serving our table changed it over for free which was very kind! The service & food were both great as usual :)

What else is there to say..? The food shown clearly described how great this place is! Well worth the price you pay, the chicken is cooked to perfection. If you need a peri peri hit then this is one of the best places in Glasgow to get your kick!

Navigating the menu again a challenge for an occasional user - but the food is great

We went last Sunday with my husband and son. Food was OK but service was shocking. Was only another 2 tables in the whole restaurant. The drinks took forever and also had to hunt for sauces for our meal. Also the food order was wrong. Been to many nandos. This chain for services was the worst.

Really tasty chicken. Don't understand it but this place's food seemed better than any other Nando's I have been to.

1/2 Chicken was disappointing, Very small , tad overcooked . Chips were bog standard catering frozen chips . Sagres beer was nice .
