Excellent service - my insoles have meant I have avoided surgery and I have been pain free for 18 months now. I was quickly back up to my prior running and cycling goals once I had the insoles. That is a long way from when I was struggling to walk for any distance 18 months ago. Lindsay is fantastic and has already helped some friends of mine.

Fab service by such an experienced podiatrist! Was concerned about my changing mechanics and Lindsay spent a good while assessing my gait getting to know what my concerns were and talking through how we could help it. I first went to see LIndsay just over two years ago when I first started running and experienced pain in the insteps of both feet. She was recommended to me from a few people that I run and cycle with. I had seen various other people and even had cortisone injections but all to no avail. She was very friendly and welcoming and listened to what I had to tell her about my injuries and offered sound, expert advice. She gave me a Biomechanical Assessment and a Gait Analysis review and concluded that I would benefit from having custom made orthotic insoles. As I was fairly new to running, she also gave me sound advice on which type of running shoes I should be wearing too. The insoles arrived a couple of weeks later and within a few weeks of wearing them, I was running pain free and not suffering after the runs either! I was so impressed with Lindsays expert knowledge and professionalism that I then ordered a 2nd pair of insoles from her for every day use! I recently developed another problem with one of my MTP joints and Lindsay has had my original pair refurbished and modified to accommodate this. I would highly recommend anyone suffering with any foot pain or injury to go and see Lindsay as a first class service is guaranteed!

After an ongoing foot problem I was advised to go and see Lindsay at the wilmslow hospital to get insoles to rectify my bio mechanical issues. She was extremely thorough doing many foot analysis and footstep tests. My inner soles arrived and after a month of wearing them I am pain free during my running, which is the 1st time in 9 months. To finally meet a Medical Consultant who truly understood the pain I was constantly suffering with, was a godsend. I had been struggling with sore achilles for a year. After seeing a physiotherapist and being recommended to wear off the shelf orthotics for flat feet I then started to have lower back pain when out walking. I booked an appointment with Lindsay who took a gaitscan and explained clearly what the problem was. She recommended a pair of bespoke orthotics. I visited AXIS Podiatry with my 15 year old daughter following months of pain in her knees which prevented her playing football. Following a thorough assessment, AXIS identified that the pain was causes by uneven pressure in her feet. They provided her with insoles and within 2 weeks the pain had gone and she is now able to play pain free. Lindsay was extremely professional and the service we received was amazing. I was dealing with considerable back and feet pain and pretty distressed as a result. Lindsay was excellent! Very relaxed atmosphere, great service and  helped me understand how to manage my conditions better. Fitted me with orthotics which were a game changer and fixed much of the pain in weeks. Orthotics are still in great condition 2.5 years on. Wish I'd gone to see her sooner.

I would highly recommend Lindsay and her service. Her knowledge of biomechanics is excellent and has facilitated in me being able to run marathons and ultra marathons after an injury 10 years which she managed. I had had problems with my feet for over ten years and in the the last year or two my discomfort had increased considerably. I was in pain after just a short walk. I had seen many orthotists and they all had different opinions but none had managed to help me. This was until I was referred to Lindsay. She took the time to assess my feet and my walking style and to talk about what I needed. And she had the skill to determine what type of insoles would make the difference. Since I started using them I have been able to walk with much less discomfort and to walk further than I have done for a long time.
