Would like to say a massive thank you to Mr. Harvey, Sarah Mercer and all the staff at the Nightingale Centre. Also all the staff on ward F16 as well as the surgIcal team. The treatment and care I have received over the last few months has been second to none. You are all amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are all a credit to your profession.

I attended a Breast screening appointment today at Manchester Cycling Centre Eastlands. The lady and her trainee were amazing. They put me at ease and were very professional and kind. Thank you so much to these lovely ladies you do a fantastic job.

No pre-booked appointments, no long waiting, no need to attend multiple times to get a diagnose. All in one place, all done in a couple of hours - consultant's examination, mammography and ultrasound scan. All staff highly competent, professional, polite and friendly. The very best experience. Just a massive thank you to everyone at the nightingale centre...I went this morning ...and from the receptionists to the consultant and all the different clinical and administration team..they were brilliant and so well organized and friendly..the whole experience was calming and professional. I went to a triage appointment with my partner. We went in for her appointment to be met by a male doctor. During the appointment he made several off the cuff remarks, one being x marks the spot in a flippant manner, which to me was unpleasant as a partner listening when he is examining her breasts. At no point was we asked if we preferred a female to examine her. We both left feeling angry at the experience. I think more thought needs to be taken when it’s an intimate examination as to whether that person is ok with a male examiner or if they would be happier with a female. And be aware that certain comments could make not just the patient uncomfortable, but her partner listening from behind the curtain.

What an absolutely incredible place. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I was absolutely petrified but everyone I met introduced themselves and were so lovely and kind and were bright and chatty. It was so well organized. Thankfully I was ok but had it been different I knew they would be superb. Thank you

Took my daughter yesterday what amazing staff. Thankfully we got good news and was put at ease by all the members of the team. Thank you all, you are wonderful .

Took a while to see the initial Doctor but then it was fluid from one test to.the the other..Staff were lovely and the building aesthetic and friendly . Though no one wants to be there it was a positive experience.

Symptomatic breast issues- seen within 36 hours of GP visit. Had to come back for follow up tests - treated with such care and compassion, plain English explanations of procedures. These folks are fantastic and I've seen 8 of them so far. Thank you to them all. Even got car parking. Unheard of :)

I've been going for yearly mammograms since 2002, i have always had great experience, but I went today and my partner was totally shut out of the consultation. I had very recent news of losing my Mums sister to breast cancer, so was feeling very emotional. I felt the door was slammed in his face and was not allowed in to support me! It maybe a training issue? We both felt really upset about today's experience.

I received an excellent, speedy service from the team at The Nightingale Centre. I went from thinking I had a recurrence breast cancer to being given the all clear within a few hours. Huge relief. Thank you.

I had an appointment on April 22 at 3.45 in the afternoon, the lady called can I come at 5 in the afternoon, I agreed, I went there and the lady says that the clinic is closed so no professionalism

I want to complain about a manager named Angela Lee. I went to the clinic today with pain in the mammary gland and a large tumor. I had aspiration removal of breast cysts in this clinic five days ago. I noticed that on the second day my mammary gland in the place where the aspiration was done began to hurt and a hardening lump appeared again. Today I arrived at the clinic and asked for a doctor’s consultation, but the manager named Angela Lee told me that I should go to a private hospital or she would call the police and have me driven out of the hospital. I insist on the dismissal of Angela Lee, she behaved like a fascist by driving a sick woman out of the hospital. If this lady is not fired, I will sue the clinic for moral and physical damage. I had to go to the clinic across from the emergency room where I spent 5 hours and got an appointment with the doctor. She was outraged that the doctor at the breast hospital did not see me in such a situation and with such an inflamed mammary gland.
