this place is a one stop shop, it really is! Arthur is a top bloke, really passionate about his business and the quality of service he provides for his customers. this isn’t a place where you are going to be pushed on to buy a load of sups you don’t need, even to the point where you will be questioned on why you want the thing you’re looking to buy, to which may not actually be benefiting you and then in some cases offer a more cost affective alternative (not your typical sup shop). he is dedicated on doing his bit to make the industry a better, more knowledgeable place. if you’re in the area and looking to buy some sups, this is your place! 💪🏼

Went in off the cuff to look for a new protein supplement. Greeted by Arthur the owner. A very knowledgeable kind and helpful man. We spoke for a good while, he was keen to get to know me, and place to correct supplement. Fantastic service, with fantastic tasty product. Highly recommend!

The most knowledgeable professional I have ever met. Such a nice guy and really motivational. I came in on Thursday having been out of the gym for over a year with a bad back and he gave me so much great advice and was an all round pleasure to speak with!

Wow!!! 100% recommend !!!! 💥💥💥My wife and I went today and met Arthur. I have to say I’ve had lots of knowledge over the years but it was all a bit clunky . However the time spent with Arthur was mind blowing and the penny dropped and everything just made sense . He has given me the motivation to genuinely smash it and be the best version of me.
