I don't normally write positive reviews. I have been known to leave poor ones in the past, and have even reverted to social media to get the attention of my previous dealership, but this review is extremely positive. I have used Chipping Sodbury Motor Company for some years now, and I cannot fault them. My wife and my mother in law have both purchased from them in the past and have regular services from them. Their staff are always timely and friendly, and their premises are clean and comfortable. I recently parted company with my premium brand car owing to horrendous customer service. The service I have received in the past with previous vehicles took me back to Chipping Sodbury, and my latest purchase, a nearly new Audi, was everything I could have wished for and more. The car was prepared and checked for me prior to driving away, and the company have checked that I am happy with everything since. This is the kind of service I would expect from any car dealership, but this one far exceeds the experience I received with 2 franchises of my past brand, both in London and local to Bristol. Thank you Chipping Sodbury Motor Company. Keep up the exemplary work. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would, placed car on sale with motorway with all the hd pics but then once come to check vehicle tell me that because of a “hole” in the roof couldn’t buy it and proceeded to tell me life story as to why, if you are going to bid on a car check the photo’s properly and don’t waste my time if you had not been so rude or negative might have been able to negotiate price would recommend to avoid this place to everyone poor poor company

Do not take your vehicle in for any work. Totally inept and rude have reported them to Ford and if they had any sense would strike them off their approved dealer list. i wont list the things they have done wrong [ i would be here all night] You have been warned!

We just bought our SsangYong Tivoli from Neil, James and the team at CSMC. The process was pleasant and efficient and, importantly, we were kept informed of progress at all times - something often neglected these days. Needless to say, we were given a very good deal indeed. Highly recommended.

Bought a preowned Ford here. Service was excellent. James was clear in his explanations and was ready to field questions. The car at handover was well presented and the handover experience was very good. Everything was clearly explained. Would highly recommend CSMC, a family firm with a clear customer focus.

My first car buying experience in circa 15 years, with my Dad having retired from the car trade in 2012 which always gave me confidence in the people I was dealing with. I dealt with Justin and I have to say that the service and knowledge delivered was top class, no question was unanswered and he put me at ease throughout. A real old school dealership with old school values and salesman who are there to meet standards as well as hit numbers. An absolute pleasure from start to finish and I have no doubt that after sales will be equally as good as and when required. Highly recommended and would have no doubts dealing with them again.
