    Personal training at UP Cheshire has been one of the best things I've ever spent my money on. My PT, Laura, has not only helped me lose over 1.5 stone so far but I'm also starting to build some curves and definition that I've always wanted but have never been able to achieve myself even when I was much younger and "leaner". Laura is incredibly supportive, takes the time to educate me in respect of how and why we do certain exercises as well with nutrition too and she coaches me through any difficulties that are impacting upon my goal. I love how she knows and pushes me to my true 100% maximum output in the gym rather than my perceived 100% output. I truly feel like she is just as, if not more, invested in my transformation than I am. She really is brilliant all-round! With that said, all the trainers at UP Cheshire are friendly, warm and supportive and are always more than happy to give a few words of encouragement on that last rep! I thought training at UP Cheshire would be a daunting experience but that really couldn't have been further from the truth. I've really enjoyed every session and that I'm achieving the results I've always wanted in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

    Enjoyed the first 12 weeks of training at U.P Cheshire so much I have enrolled for more! As you would expect the gym is well equipped, clean and the changing areas are good but what sets it apart from the competition is the atmosphere which is professional but welcoming and friendly and the support from Adam (my trainer). Adam has been brilliant at supporting me throughout my journey, on the gym floor he is confident and knowledgeable, but outside of sessions he is consistent with checking in with me, encouraging me to keep on track with nutrition and activities outside of our sessions. Can’t recommend it enough, thanks Adam

    Ultimate Performance Cheshire has been and continues to be the best experience for me, so much so I have continued to train here for the last 18 months. Laura is fantastic! She is incredibly professional, committed and focused on pushing me to reach my potential and personal goals. The level of support Laura provides with all aspects of training, diet, self-improvement and keeping me accountable make the entire experience far more than just PT sessions. Training at UP is the best way for me to have dedicated time every week to improving myself both mentally and physically. It has improved my self-confidence and I’ve never felt so fit and healthy which has also led to rediscovering running and improving race times. It really has had a positive impact. I look forward to continuing my journey and would highly recommend joining UP!

    Signed up for 16 sessions to help get on track with fitness and diet . For the first time in years of dieting and training I feel like I had a programme I could follow and stick to which helped me loose a stone and tone up , I feel confident to continue with my goals now too and won’t hesitate to go back for more sessions if I need a hard push , I trained with Josh and found him easy going and professional and liked how much support I had outside the gym too , unlike many before and after social media adverts I know that UP get genuine results and saw it for myself in others training too , totally recommend this place if you need to kick start your health and fitness regime , nice gym , great atmosphere and enjoyed my time there too

    I’ve had the best experience at U.P. Cheshire. Having just finished my 12 week transformation, I can honestly say I’ve loved every minute! I’ve had many gym memberships over the years and barely used them. Due to confidence and motivation. Training at U.P has completely changed my love for fitness. The gym and facilities are fantastic. The whole team there are brilliant. I must say a huge thank you to my trainer Laura. She has been amazing. Laura has helped me every step of the way to achieve my goals. I have muscle definition, my energy levels are up, I have much more confidence in myself. Most of all, I am no longer suffering with lower back pain. When I started, I could barely lean over to put my own socks on! Laura has helped massively in adapting my training programme. Each session is enjoyable and she is obviously very passionate about what she does. I am looking forward to setting new goals and couldn’t recommend U.P Cheshire highly enough!

    I’ve been training with Laura at UP Cheshire and she’s made a massive difference not only to my body but also my core beliefs about diet. She’s always welcoming and makes the workout a truly productive worthwhile hour of your time. She knows her stuff and obviously gets results. If you are going to train there I can’t recommend her enough.

    UP is definitely a different level of personal training to anything you will have experienced previously. Laura's attention to detail to my form, technique and progress is first class, not only is she incredibly knowledgeable she also genuinely cares and pushes me exactly when I need pushing. She is always on hand 7 days a week for any questions and sends feedback and encouragement via the app, which is brilliant for tracking progress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura and UP.

    I am in week 5 of my journey and I can genuinely say that so far it has exceeded my expectations and I am happy I chose UP Cheshire to train with. Laura my PT is beyond amazing. She works me hard but has such a lovely personality that I can’t complain! Laura is extremely knowledgeable, not only on the physical/technique aspect but on the diet and nutrition. All queries and questions I have are answered promptly and in great detail. Nothing is too much trouble. She makes me feel comfortable and my confidence levels have gone up thanks to her pep talks. I feel great and am so excited about the next few weeks. I already feel like my life style and choices have changed for the better. Thanks to Laura for being so amazing!

    I train with Laura twice and week and I can’t believe the results I’m achieving not only physically but mentally as well. I joined ultimate performance not really knowing what my personal goals were but together we’ve complied a list that I could’ve only dreamed of at the beginning.     Absolutely amazing experience training with Callum at UP. I am 8 weeks into the programme and 15kg down already. UP is worth every penny that is spent and is so much more than a few PT sessions a week. The advice, nutritional support, encouragement and all around amazingness of Callum and the team is incredible. Every day I receive messages of encouragement and support along with advice about food choices and it makes all the difference.     I started my U.P journey in October and have been blown away by the results so far. I feel leaner, stronger, more confident and my energy levels are so much better. I’m excited to see what more I can achieve at U.P! Having struggled with my weight for years since having children, I tried numerous ‘diets’ as well as different exercise programs, all of which failed. At U.P, my trainer Max has been fantastic. He is enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated to ensuring his clients reach their goals. Max has provided a structured approach to my nutrition and training, with clearly laid out goals, all of which he monitors closely. He has kept me accountable throughout, pushing me when I need it, whilst also providing encouragement and support too. The training has had a hugely positive impact on both my physical and mental health and I cannot recommend Max and U.P highly enough.

    Tired of not being able to fit in clothes and feeling generally fed up I reached out to Ultimate Performance after being inspired by a friends success. Whilst not a deal breaker I was pleased when I was matched to a female PT and even more pleased when my friend told me how good Laura is. Having voiced my dislike of food tracking Laura gave me a more manageable alternative to keep track of my meals. I signed up for 6 weeks, thinking I would see how it goes, just in case I didn't like it and dreaded each upcoming session. I needn't have worried! Laura is so lovely and fun to get along with. Meal plans have been easy to follow, the app is a great tool and the Cheshire gym is friendly and welcoming. Laura is extremely supportive and encouraging and she really cares about her clients.     I've been training at UP for some time now and thoroughly enjoy it. My trainer, Dan, is great, very supportive and motivational. The training is really enjoyable. There is great camaraderie amongst the team at UP and its really good fun to train there. It's made a huge difference to my health and well being and I feel great - I've tried a lot of different things and the results delivered by UP are by far and away the best I have achieved. I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of giving it at go.

    I reached a number of big milestones this year including turning 40 and selling my business. While this was all very exciting, I found myself ‘partying hard’ and getting into some bad habits which led to unhealthy weight gain, body shaming, and a negative relationship with food and alcohol. I realised my life was in desperate need of a ‘reset’ and having seen the marketing material from UP, I visited the Cheshire gym and signed up on the initial 12-week transformation programme. At the back of my mind, I thought it might be quite gimmicky and overpriced but worth a punt… My first trainer Jon was pretty good, however,  he left after a few weeks but luckily UP have a large team of trainers and I could take my pick from a great bunch. I chose Olivia or better known as the ‘Silent Assassin’. Olivia is dedicated, diligent, professional, and pushed me to levels that I didn’t know were possible, let alone I was capable of – while always smiling! Olivia has also really helped me with my diet, in particular, choosing vegetarian options in an industry that pushes meat. She has introduced me to simple and sustainable vegetarian meals which meet my protein needs and taste delicious. So, what about the results? Well considering I’ve been on a couple of short breaks and enjoyed nights out with friends and colleagues, I’ve managed to lose 10 kilos in 10 weeks and have reached a weight I never thought achievable. I’m now only a few kilos away from having a six-pack which I’ve never managed before and, in all honesty, didn’t think was conceivable from where I started from. I also feel much more focused and mentally sharp. For me, life certainly does begin at 40! I’d highly recommend UP in Cheshire - great team, nice environment (inc free parking) plus the other clients are really friendly too.

    Quite simply Ultimate Performance is in a different league to any other gym, it’s an amazing place to train with a warm, welcoming and just a great atmosphere. The personal trainers are equally impressive. Having Josh as my trainer has quite simply been life changing. He’s supportive, encouraging and his knowledge is second to none. I arrived at Ultimate Performance when my weight had reached an all time high and as such my self esteem was at an all time low. Josh took the time to understand me as a person and created a plan that was perfectly tailored to me. From meal planning to the exercise plan. It was all crafted by Josh to work for me as an individual. Then his support, encouragement and belief in me has totally transformed the way I view exercising, fitness and overall health. And it works - delivering life changing results. Less than a month in and I’ve lost almost 10kg. I feel the healthiest, happiest and fittest I’ve been in a long time and can’t wait for the next stage and to see how far I can go. Knowing I’ve Josh in my corner means so much and I’m confident with his wise words, support and belief in me that I’m heading to be in the best shape, both physically and mentally, of my life.     I'm 14 weeks into my training and UP have already given me a level of fitness I never thought possible. My PT, Paul, has supported and guided me every step of the way, from nutrition to working out safely and effectively. I've enjoyed every session. The gym is clean and welcoming, the PTs are all friendly and supportive. I look and feel healthier than ever. Paul has given me the knowledge, skills and encouragement to continue looking after my health and fitness long after my time with UP is finished. UP Cheshire are a fantastic team!

    I've had a great experience with UP. I wanted to start doing some strength training to improve my running but as a complete novice in gyms, was looking for some help and support in doing this. UP was a really great choice and I've seen tremendous benefits and improvements. The atmosphere at UP was friendly and supportive. My trainer was professional enthusiastic and knowledgeable.     I‘m 6 weeks into my program with a few weeks break in between due to travel over Christmas, etc, and am really happy with my progress - half way in my program and already have lost 70% of my target weight loss plus feeling stronger and more confident to do sports that previously I had little endurance or strength to perform comfortably. Adam has been a great motivator and support, helping me keep my eye on my goals whilst advising me through moments where I have questions or doubts about my nutrition or any other aspects of the program. Initially I was a bit worried it would be some kind of „bootcamp“, however, the journey with UP has been truly bespoke and focused on the needs of the individual client. It enables me to know what to do even if I am away, which is the formula to maintaining what has been achieved. The facilities at UP and app are top notch. I really like the personal approach of every session, and the variety to balance the workout. I‘m looking forward to seeing where I am in the next 6 weeks.     I am just over 3 weeks into my transformation and the experience so far has been epic! I selected U.P to help me as they have a proven methodology and approach to health, well-being and body transformation. I am lucky enough to be working with Adam Newton (real life legend!) who is educating me on every session, with nutrition, exercise technique and pushing me to my capabilities. I feel very confident in the approach and am already starting to see the results. The gym has top of the range equipment and with the 1-2-1 nature of the sessions you are never waiting for equipment. This is a journey, and Adam is helping me with all aspects as I progress through my transformation towards my goal. Highly recommend this experience, if you want to do it right, speak to the experts at U.P

    Adam at UP Cheshire has been absolutely fantastic throughout my month of training so far. The gym is clean and well equipped, but the real point of difference between this and other places is the detailed monitoring and feedback from your trainer. In my case, Adam Newton has been 10/10. He has been able to shape the training and nutrition around my difficult schedule and social commitments, and also manage my previous back and knee injuries and we are already seeing results from this. I couldn't recommend him or the gym enough, and look forward to seeing what the next 2 months bring in terms of results. If you are looking for proper results then I would head to UP Cheshire without thinking twice about it.

    I’m in my 7th week of training at UP and the experience so far has been really good. The gym is well equipped and all the staff are friendly and supportive. Adam, my trainer, has been great. He has really helped me to understand nutrition and make a radical change in my eating habits. This is really paying off in weight loss results. His training sessions are challenging but enjoyable. He quickly understood how to use his special blend of challenge, support and humour to motivate me and ensures I give 100% in every session. His check in messages between sessions are helpful to keep focused on my goals and I can feel and see results. If you’re serious about transforming and increasing your fitness I would definitely recommend giving UP a try.

    Cheshire UP has been nothing short of life changing for me. All my trainer is amazing and has such an approachable manner, and puts me through my paces. I have achieved results and continuing to do so. I actually enjoy working out now and it’s all because UP is the first place where having a PT session doesn’t fill me with dread(and that despite them being hard core).     I joined UP at the start of summer after having finished my first year of uni where I was doing half hearted gym sessions and eating whatever I wanted. Starting at UP gave me structure and discipline both in my training and diet and it allowed me to get into the best shape of my life.     I have been working with Olivia at UP for 4 months and couldn't be happier. Olivia has transformed my attitude to training and fitness and the results have been fantastic. Olivia pays close attention to detail and really pushes for you to achieve your goals.     From the first moment I walked into the gym at UP I felt comfortable in the gym and with the people. All of the trainers are very approachable and committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. The training is hard work, but you quickly feel the benefit. My trainer Paul is not only there to push me in the gym, but also makes recommendations on diet and exercise outside of the gym. 10 weeks into my program I'm 2st (12KG) down in weight and feeling much more confident in myself. I couldn't recommend training with UP highly enough, it is much more than just the training in the gym. The program and way of doing things is genuinely life changing, understanding my nutrition and the impact that has on the way I feel has been a brilliant learning experience that I will take with me long beyond my time training. It's the best experience in terms of training that I've ever had, and I can't wait to see how my progress continues to track over the next few weeks and months.

    This is the best financial investment I have ever made. I am 8 weeks into a 12 week programme and the results are beyond my expectations. I have achieved more in 8 weeks than in 10 years of attending the gym. I know all the trainers are excellent and there is a really inclusive atmosphere that will put you at ease in your first session. I feel privileged to have Josh Errington as my PT. I cannot praise his style enough, he gets the best out of me in both training and nutrition and the results in my body definition, weight loss, energy and health are tangible evidence that the process works.     I’d recommend UP to anyone interested in losing weight and getting in shape. I’ve been going for 7 weeks now and my trainer Max has been so supportive and it’s so helpful to have that accountability. The weights training is on another level in terms of how thorough Max is with checking my form and pushing me to really get the most out of the sessions. I was nervous as to whether this was for me as a breastfeeding mother 4 months post partum, but the nutritional guidance was tailored to meet my situation and Max has constantly taken into consideration that aspect and advised me carefully what is safe and what isn’t. I am so happy with the results so far and can’t wait to see where I am in another few weeks. I also genuinely enjoy the sessions as Max makes it’s fun and it’s a nice atmosphere with the other trainers and members.

    I have followed UP on social media for years, always inspired by the results and wanting to take the plunge myself. BUT, there was always doubt in the back of my mind because of the many unsuccessful plans at other gyms or with online trainers I had tried in the past. Did I really want to throw money at another unsustainable process again? Well, to quote another one of the UP Cheshire reviews, it is the best financial investment I have ever made. Paul was assigned as my trainer and I honestly hit the jackpot. Before we started going through any of the plans, Paul took the time to get to know me and my journey so far; what my goals, aspirations, challenges, habits and routine were. When they say it is a tailored plan for each client, it really is! Everything from the nutrition to the training is based around you, your life and your goals. They make sure it is both sustainable AND effective. I have been on my journey with UP Cheshire for five months now and I feel the best, physically and mentally, that I have ever felt in my life. I am stronger, fitter, have more energy and I am considerably healthier! Being with UP has completely changed my mindset around food and exercise. So many bad habits (and bad choices) that I would fall into are now a thing of the past. All of this is because of the care, energy and constant support and encouragement from Paul. He is always there to keep me on track and push me to reach my full potential. He empowers you, making you realise you are capable of so much more than you ever thought possible. I honestly could not have achieved the results I have without him, and would highly recommend (and encourage) anyone who wants to start their own journey to a healthier, fitter and more powerful life to take the plunge with UP.

    UP is unlike any other gym, the support from my trainer Max is great, he’s really encouraging and supportive, which helps me to stay on track and achieve my weekly goals. I really enjoy going as it’s a fun place to train. I wouldn’t have got as far as I have with my fitness and weight loss without him. Whatever fitness level you are, everyone is really friendly and positive, and there’s a nice camaraderie amongst the clients & other trainers. I’ve even managed to have weekends away and stick to the meal plans, so it’s doable amongst every day life.

    The gym & in particular the trainers at UP are nothing but spectacular. If you’re looking for results this is the place to be. I’ve regularly been a gym goer & have had PTs in the past but without any real success. UP was a game changer & in particularly my trainer Max. No stone is left unturned. Everything tailored made for your goals & requirements. Coupled with great support & encouragement I’ve been so impressed with the results.Would highly recommend Max & team to anybody wanting to reach their fitness goals.

    I have been going to UP Cheshire for a total of 8 training weeks after sharing a block of sessions with my wife. After almost 10 years of relative inactivity I wanted to press the refresh button, get back into some kind of respectable shape and improve my energy levels. Having completed the process now I am simply amazed at the results I’ve been able to achieve in such a short space of time! I hit all my personal goals and gained so much more out of it than I thought I would. My trainer, Adam, has been brilliant throughout the whole process… providing great dietary advice, expert tuition in the weights room, diligently tracked my progress and generally providing support and answers to my questions when I needed it. I can’t recommend UP enough for anyone who wants to shake themselves out of a rut and achieve new heights.     Since joining UP in November, my general fitness has improved so much that I no longer experience back pain, sleep is much better and energy during my working day has increased. I’ve been on a fantastic journey with UP, my trainer (Bardia) has educated me throughout to achieve results in the gym and at home. His support has been valued throughout, checking in every day to ensure my questions are answered and to ensure my nutrition remains accurate. In the gym, Bardia has done exactly what I needed him to do… PUSH! The weights used across all strength training have increased throughout the process, proving the success that his coaching provides. Overall, UP has delivered the experience and change I was looking for, and we aren’t done yet! Looking forward to seeing the final results.

    I use to visit the Cheshire gym but since moving house, have virtual sessions with Laura. I like how you're encouraged to be accountable but with lots of support. Laura is very knowledgeable and cares about my progress. I can message her at anytime and she always replies. 18.5kg down with still a few kgs to shift but I'm in no rush. I'm confident it will happen as this works. The app is great and easy to use for monitoring nutrition and measurements. I would definitely recommend UP for anyone, especially ladies of a certain age. You can't put a price on health.
