The blood test technicians were fantastic and so friendly. There is a one way system when entering and exiting. You are greeted by a Health care Professional, with a fresh mask and hand sanitizer. Social distancing was being implemented. Parking was a bit hard as there wasn't many spaces free. My experience was a good one.

Reebok, cancel my appointment totally impossible. I was on the phone for past 1 hr and line constantly busy. I have to drive there find car park space "impossible" to change appointment.

I don't no why they have an appointment system for the blood tests. My appointment was at 13.00hrs got there at 13.00 sat around for 20mins and watched people with a 13.10 appointment go b4 me bcus they arrived b4 me. It would seem you only need an appointment then wait your turn even if you arrive 20 minutes b4 you time slot & some didn't even book an appointment. I won't be time consensus nx time.

blood test, i booked a blood test here waited for a month, yet when i was there other people walked in after me with no apointment and were seen before me and other people, disrcaceful service , so why book an appointment in the first place

Visited X ray department. Quick, efficient and friendly staff. Also I was lucky enough to get free parking as the barriers were up.

I had an operation 26/02/2020. From the moment I got to the hospital to the moment I left, I had an amazingly calm experience. All staff there are an absolute credit to the NHS, I felt at ease and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you to everyone for looking after me so well. You're all amazing.

Pleasant staff who get through blood tests efficiently. A decent amount of parking and the place is reasonably laid out and clean. The only issue is the parking charges, but these are not the fault of the NHS, just a greedy private company.

Swiftly in and out for my blood test today ... superbly done by a young student Phlebotomist - she was excellent. On-line appointment system works well as there were no queues and the footfall of patients thus kept to a minimum. Lovely 'meet and greet' staff too .. thank you 😊

Such a lovely hospital. The staff in Rehab are so nice. Friendly and so good at their jobs. A credit to our brilliant NHS.

Parking is awful. Not a long wait. Was a pointless visit for me. Orthopedic appointment just to be told I need to wait for an mri appointment.

Parking is an absolute joke. Multiple cars in a queue fighting for a spot and a security man taking photos of A cars parked A bit outside the lines. Is that nie you make money it something?

Had an mrcp booked for the 27th of november, got to my appointment & let the man know i was here, said he was scanning some one & to wait in the main area of the hosp & he will call me when hes finished..1 hour passes by & he comes over to me and finally tells me his collegue hasnt turned up & he cant scan me, so he was lieing when he said he was scanning some one. They rebook for the 29th i have gone this morning only to find out some one has plowed into 2 cars and messed up the electrical box which the mri machine runs off so again i havent been scanned. 60 pound in ubers as i dont live near stourbridge & i still have not had my scan. Absolute shambles of a hospital.

I was invited for my regular Breast Screening here,first time I'd attended this portable unit on this site. Parking isn't wonderful but there was space on a side road a short walk away. I was early fir my appointment but knocked the door anyway and was let in straight away as more time is being allowed per patient at the moment. Usual questions asked and then joined the radiographer. No changing room on offer this time so clothing removed in the company of the radiographer. All done in a few minutes Note that there are steps into this unit

Staff very pleasant and thorough the only issue was because id previously had multiple operations in another borough I had to explain the whole story and it would be much easier if they had my notes from start to finish and they would have a better understanding how many years of different treatments I have had been through.

Easy to arrange an appointment. Less crowded than when it was walk in. Friendly, professional phlebotomy actually managed to get blood, I'm a vampire's nightmare. Just took plaster off an hour later, not a mark 👍

Go here regularly for blood tests. Staff always pleasant and friendly, Book test on line, in and out in minutes, no charge for parking. And if I have to pay it's only £3.20 I think. A small price for the service we get. And for the people moaning about the car park, you aren't the only ones who need health care, just grow up and park over the road like I have a few times.

Pre booked blood test, in and out in less than 10 mins, so no parking charge! Perfect!

I was called on my mobile for a biopsy and the wait was just 3 days, the staff were kindness personified, my surgeon modified her original plan to accommodate my request and although I was advised I would probably need pain relief I have had no discomfort whatsoever from the affected digit. A hospital department “Carlsberg”might have envisioned….

Visited on numerous occasions for blood tests, always book online to avoid a long wait or being turned away. Staff are always helpful, on the odd occasion have been delayed but never more than 10 minutes after original appointment time. Down to shear numbers of appointments.

Visit to the Dermitology department for the second time for a biopsy procedure. Staff pleasant, professional.

Had to have an x-ray yesterday from the lady on the door to the man on reception the lady who did my temperature and the young man who did the x-ray thank you, in these scary times you are all doing a fantastic job and I felt safe and very well looked after xx

Very well organised. Did not have to wait long at all . Plenty of parking spaces . The only downside is after you have your blood taken you are directed out of the hospital through another exit but you have to go back in through the main entrance to pay for your parking ticket .
