He listened, was very knowledgeable, patient and showed me lots of options that we available. I got the best customer service I’ve ever had for anything and I got the right car for me. The whole experience of purchasing a Lexus is so easy. Just walking into the showroom is a pleasure. All staff are so friendly and helpful, it really seems like they are a family which makes us feel comfortable . I’ve had many excellent Lexus cars from various dealers, my most recent being an LC 500 Hybrid, I was enthralled by the way it drove, so quiet, comfortable and surprisingly good on fuel, not to mention the looks you get when driving it. Very pleased with the overall service at Lexus- in particular Dan Palmer who has been very accommodating- even to the extent of bringing documentation down to my place of work to sign. Also very refreshing to see a much more laid back approach to the car sales also including unaccompanied test drives with no time constraints- unlike the B&W dealership I recently visited - with a very aggressive sales manner!
