spring
I
joined
Nikita’s
DNC
Studio,
for
her
yoga
classes.
What
a
blessing
this
has
been
to
my
life!!!
The
friendliness,
the
professionalism,
the
premises,
the
sessions,
the
workshops,
are
all
the
remarkable
result
of
Nikita’s
dedication
in
everything
she
does!!!
But
let
me
describe
one
of
the
two
sessions
I
enjoy
weekly.
People
are
advised
to
come
15
minutes
before
the
session,
and
with
good
reason!
The
time
is
utilised
for
all
to
lay
their
mats
or
use
one
of
the
studio
ones,
and
then
let
some
steam
off
from
their
day.
People
chat
about
their
day
or
their
plans
for
a
holiday
or
anything
else
they
want
to
share
with
the
group.
Nikita
is
there
all
the
way,
taking
part
with
everyone
and
sharing
any
plans
for
future
sessions
or
workshops.
Under
her
guidance
we
first
lay
on
our
mats,
close
our
eyes,
taking
some
deep
breaths
to
relax
body
and
mind.
Then,
Nikita’s
gentle
voice
is
guiding
us
to
empty
our
minds,
relax
and
enjoy
our
time.
Some
movement
and
awareness
of
our
surroundings,
brings
us
back
to
start
doing
yoga
poses,
which
are
suitable
for
all.
With
easy
and
clear
instructions
and
demonstrations
from
Nikita,
we
all
soon
are
getting
wonderful
stretches,
reminding
our
bodies
or
challenging
them
a
bit
more
to
achieve
the
best
poses.
Nikita
will
go
around
and
show
or
correct
or
encourage
anyone
in
need.
Some
times,
Nikita
gives
us
time
to
perform
any
poses
we
want,
which
is
very
good,
as
we
are
all
of
different
abilities,
and
we
each
know
what
our
bodies
need
or
can
do,
better.
Lastly,
the
best
part
for
a
well
stretched
body
arrives,
when
Nikita
starts
one
of
her
wonderful
guided
meditations!!!
I
cannot
commend
enough
on
Nikita’s
abilities
to
put
us
into
a
meditative
state!!!
With
her
gentle
voice,
sets
the
pace
to
relax
us,
by
either
saying
one
by
one
all
of
the
body
areas,
parts
and
limps
or
a
giving
us
a
specific
scenery
to
be
immersed
to.
Other
times,
a
chakra
meditation
by
Nikita
is
a
bonus,
as
she
guides
us
to
visit
each
chakra
point,
reminding
us
of
the
point’s
qualities,
colour
and
areas
of
our
lives
and
health
it
affects.
At
the
end,
Nikita
always
asks
for
our
feedback
and
how
we
are
feeling.
Experiencing
Nikita’s
meditations
in
a
session,
beats
any
audio
or
video
recording
one
can
do
at
home!!!
By
the
end
of
the
session,
serenity
sets
in,
and
we
are
all
ready
to
go
home
for
a
peaceful
evening
and
a
good
night
sleep.
