👍👍 I rang triage and was made an appointment. Including x ray, thorough examination and bandaging up, I was out within one hour of arrival. Amazingly kind and informative staff. A helpful receptionist who managed time expectations. A true example of NHS at its best. People often mention staff, hospital, helpful, nurses,

Got refused an appointment for a minor foot injury that needed looking at (on advice from 111) due to ReNoVAtIONs. Got offered Dursley or cirencester yeh cool if I had transport no further assistance was provided by them and the call was ended

I went for my 12 week pregnancy ultrasound this morning. It was one of the best healthcare experiences I have ever had. Kathryn Carpenter who did the ultrasound was an absolute pro. Our images are so clear, all our family and friends have commented how excellent they are. We even saw our babies brain, and stomach; which I gather does not always happen. Kathryn was professional and friendly throughout. The reception staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hospital was clean and airy. A really tranquil place as hospitals go! I recently moved to Stroud from London and was apprehensive about what care I would receive but this experience has really given me confidence. A world away from what you hear on the news regarding the nhs. I just hope that we can better fund the nhs and it's workers, so more experiences like this can take place.

Very impressed with the minor injuries unit at Stroud A&E. I thought I had just sprained my foot but the lovely nurses put me in a wheelchair & the x-ray showed I had broken the 4th metatarsal bone in my foot. Such caring & helpful nurses & I only had a 5 minute wait; wonderful NHS staff.

The best NHS experience I've ever had, especially for urgent non-emergency cases. Had very painful tonsillitis, got triaged in the morning and saw a nurse practitioner in the afternoon. They gave me the prescription there and then so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy. Everyone involved was kind, attentive and professional. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me!

Visited the Endoscopy Department in Stroud Hospital on 17/08/2023. The Team are excellent from start to finish. Details explained, questions answered and I felt well informed throughout. I have nothing but praise for everyone I saw today. Thank you all very much.

Incredibly attentive and thorough! Understanding of those suffering with DV, MH and addiction which most judge. Felt genuine concern for my wellbeing and sign posted to some great services. Friendly and engaging receptionist; bar one DH, but hey they're everywhere.

I was pleased with the service from the nurses, but was alarmed that the cleaner was just using a dry cloth around the reception area. She should be supplied with an alcoholic antiviral spray to minimise the presence of Covid.

A recent Thumb injury messing about with a circular saw, occasioned me to visit this hospital 3 times a week. for a month. I cannot praise it enough. Most friendly and efficient hospital I have ever used. Nursing staff were A1 plus..would use again, but hopefully not. if you get what I mean, Oh and as to other persons review, about cloths and Sanitizer spray !.. its facing you as you come in from the main door.and the times I saw them cleaning they were using some kind of spray bottle as well. perhaps it was an off day, or more likely, sanitizer had been applied to cloth before hand

Dr Thomas Morgan. Bully. Inadequate and negligent doctor. Patients treated like cattle. Don t go there for endoscopy....They do harm.

Just wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Stroud Minor Injuries unit for their help and kindness when my one year old launched herself off the bed last weekend! They were so attentive and thorough with their checks, and the whole process was so easy, despite the stressful situation. Thanks so much.

Had to attend boxing afternoon, trauma going on outside,,someone collapsed, the nurses were fantastic attending to the patient, kept us all informed of how long waiting would be,still smiling faces on the staff's faces although under pressure for us patients who had to wait a bit longer.so what! a lovely caring nurse/doctor soon put me at ease,as she stitched up my leg.and still kept apologizing to me.she was lovely .many thanks for you loving care.

My son attended the hospital today for day Surgery on the Princess Anne ward. The staff were excellent, special thanks to Karen and Vareena. They were extremely busy but nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to talk to every patient and make sure they were comfortable and Karen regularly cleaned down all trays and beds. There was regular use of used hand sanitiser and mentions to prevent infection and the ward was kept spotless. Outstanding patient care thank you!!
