I spent last Friday afternoon (3/6/22) here with my wife and some friends. What a fantastic time we had here. A great range of beers on tap and in can. Good choice of wines too. We wanted pork pies but they had run out so we opted for a small cheeseboard instead. What arrived at our table was a work of art. It really showed me they cared about what they were serving up. The staff were brilliant, really engaging and proud of their produce. Wonderful afternoon. I can’t wait to return.

Crafty's knowledge, attention to detail and hospitality... second to none. I have been twice now and each time equally perfect. Great atmosphere, clean and inviting. Perfect for anyone who has a true interest in beers and wines. Very very impressed by a shop in Barnstaple serving natural (orange) wine. And a fantastic one at that. What a fantastic evening. A great spot to just truly chill out. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Good knowledge and happy to help in any way. Perfect place for a "get away" drink and Charcuterie with friends.

Actual best place to spend your evening in Barnstaple. The atmosphere is just perfect, with the low lighting, smooth tunes and friendliest, most helpful staff going. Nothing is too much trouble, the team really know what they're talking about and are amazing at recommending the right drinks and tipples to taste. The food is so delicious and presented so beautifully. The drinks selection is divine and we're already planning when we can go back for another perfect night at Craftys.

This has to be one of the most fabulous places in Devon. Lisa’s knowledge about the fine foods she presents is second to none and the welcome is phenomenal. If you are visiting Barnstaple or a local looking for fabulous treats then look no further ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The cocktails are spectacular too 🍸❤️

Went on a Saturday afternoon for a hen do. Cocktail making class and food was excellent. Staff were amazing and the atmosphere was fab! Had a great afternoon and would highly recommend

What a little gem! Modern, classy, and with a distinct USP, it is an incredible spot to enjoy rare wines, great cocktails, artisan style dining, craft beers, etc, superbly situated along the best shopping street in Barnie (what’s not to like about Butcher’s Row?!) Good for solo, couples, group time, with a range of events and bookable experiences, it’s one to keep on your Hit List for future occasions I’ve visited a lot on my own, as well as a handful of times with my Sister. Visits were from July 2022 - March 2023 ranging from a weekend in Barnstaple to a seven-week stay I love Lisa and Al! During my many visits over the past year, they’ve become friends. Thank you both so much for being exemplary hosts, for furnishing a true haven, and for making it such an enjoyable place to ‘just be’

We booked for a cocktail masterclass on a Saturday afternoon. It was such a lovely treat! Lisa really looked after us and made the cocktail making so fun and interesting. The charcuterie board was delicious and the cocktails were fab! Everything was made with fresh ingredients and spirits and liqueurs we'd not tried before. Could have stayed there all day, it was brilliant. Thank you so much for having us - we'll definitely be back!

Lovely chic little place, where I had the best flat white in Barnstaple (the baklavas were super delicious too)! Very friendly owner and beautifully designed and decorated inside. We can't wait to come back again to try the cocktails!

Had a fantastic charcuterie and cheese sharing platter today. Really well presented, great welcoming service and top quality produce. All topped off with a lovely cocktail. Crafty’s is a great advert for the town and Butchers Row.

Really lovely bar in a historic building on Butchers Row. Great craft beer selection (and wines and spirits too). Fantastic hosts and staff as well. My elderly father and I enjoyed ourselves greatly! And although we didn’t sample any food we sneaked a peek and it looked amazing!

Love this place! Amazing range of craft beers, cocktails and wines. Been there so many times and keep going back, with always something new to try. Recently had the sharing cheese & charcuterie board for 2 and it didn't disappoint, I thought we might be hungry after with just light food but it was so enormous, we couldn't finish it! Every bit was so tasty, couldn't fault it. Lisa and the rest of the staff in there are always so friendly and helpful. A fantastic addition to Barnstaple.

What a great find! We popped in and found ourselves tucked away in the snug for a cheeky Saturday lunch. Fantastic sharing platter and great choice of bottled and draught drinks. Perfect.

It's a lovely place to eat and drink cocktails. The four of us struggled to eat it all. The cocktails where nice, the taster beers are a great idea. The table next to us where a bit noisy it overall we enjoyed the evening as we have done in the past.

Went in randomly for coffee and ended up ordering a snack as well. The hummus with feta (vegan option) was so so so good. Over all we really like the place and would be back for sure! It’s a true hidden gem!

What a fantastic afternoon spent making cocktails. Lisa and her team are brilliant. The food platters were absolutely delicious. The service was really first class right from the initial enquiry through to the day when Zac did a masterclass of cocktail making that was interesting and entertaining. The venue is cosy and rustic chic. A real gem. Highly recommend. Well done Lisa and team, we will be back.
