    No longer a British legion, now called the L21 club. Such a clean and well decorated club, both the large concert room and the rear lounge. The folk are very friendly and the bar prices are very reasonable. Wed is a seniors night with an artiste providing the entertainment, and Compere Al King holding everything together. Thursday is now Mersey Cats who attract a large audience and there is live music every Saturday and Sunday so one would assume the concert room can be hired out on Fridays. Give this club a try folks, you won't be disappointed! 😄

    Yes great experience had a really good band/singer who was lots of fun listening to his banter staff were lovely kind an helpful enjoyed going bac after covd ..so pleased to c every one again.

    Friendly club, great bands every Thursday, from MerseyRats with six bands playing Merseybeat and more. Only £2 entrance and good selection at the bar with low prices.

    The legion is a brilliant place to go, you get live music, bingo, etc. And there isn't any trouble,i feel safer going the legion than going into the city for drinks and entertainment. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
