Great stay as always, beautiful cottage, lovely area great base to go off and explore and luckily best weather of the year so far. Harry always about if any problems but as usual we had none.

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst our home was being renovated and cannot fault anything. Everything you need is provided and it is warm and has wonderful views from the new apartments. It is central for everything and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be recommending to visiting relatives.

I'm ever so thankful to the Farm for providing an awesome experience. Me and my wedding party used the farm to get ready for our wedding at nearby Lumley castle. The room had excellent facilities for catering and ample room for hair and makeup to be done. The place is decorated to a high spec. Absolutely awesome experience!!

Home from home, the accommodation was stylishly decorated, situated in an ideal location, surrounded by beautiful Durham countryside the views were fantastic. The apartment was lovely! I I would 100% recommend this place! We will definitely be returning in the summer!

This is a wonderful place to stay, cosy clean and well placed for the local towns and cities The owners make you feel welcome and go out of their way to offer any help or assistance you need.

We stayed at Plawsworth for three nights as a base to explore the local area and see my eldest daughter perform at a concert in Sunderland. The accomodation was excellent, we stayed in a three bedroom cottage, number 2. Although slightly dated in places it was immaculately clean, very comfortable and provided everything we wanted for a few days. As a base to explore from Plawsworth is well located we spent a lovely day in Durham, visited Beamish Museum and Angel of the North. Howard the proprietor was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it to you.

Always lovely to stay here, nicely situated for Durham, the coast and the Durham Dales. Accommodation is first class, well furnished and a shopping outlet a short drive away. Good range of pubs serving good food in the locality.

Very comfortable apartments. Has all the mod cons, TV in every room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, ensuite, pleasant rural views and spacioust. Uber friendly owners and staff. Probably underpriced if anything. One of those rare gems you only find in the North.

It's a great place to stay in Durham. It used to be a farm now converted into very comfortable apartments.

I cannot think of a single fault, it was perfect in every aspect!! We hired 2 houses for my friends hen do the rooms were fabulous. The scenery was gorgeous. The owners was incredibly friendly and welcoming and our shopping delivery arrived before us and they even put it away. Just fantastic cannot recommend enough!!!
