This place is exceptionally luxurious. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing. We got to try their soaps and were suggested some items for our specific requirements. They were very good in terms of social distancing and general covid precautions making us feel safe and welcome. The products here are beautifully displayed and packaged, with a full price list at the counter. If you are looking for high end self care, look no further.

Always a great experience in this store, the staff are super friendly and it has a great vibe. All the products are vegan which is a plus, however, it is just a little but pricey.

Edio was honestly amazing. He was so welcoming and friendly from the get go, it was nice having a conversation with someone about where we're from and how your day is going, just small acts that make a world of difference when you've been having a rough day. He introduced me to some new facial cleansers, demonstrated how to use them and then followed up with a hand massage

Excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I visited earlier today to buy some aftershave and the knowledgeable assistant with the red wavy hair (not sure of their name) was a great help, and even gave us a cup of tea! Will definitely be back :-)

I had a super experience at this lovely calm store. Sophie was patient and kind, and very knowledgeable. She gave me time to choose my perfume, and all sorts of insight into how fragrances perform differently. It made the experience really special. Thank you

5 star service. From the moment I entered the store, [a co-worker with black/brow frizzy/curly hair - sorry I can't remember her name for I have also lost the receipt] took such a great deal of care with me, listened to my needs and proactively guided me into showing which products were best for me. She then dedicated her time to showcase all of Aesop's incredible products in a live demonstration. How fantastic. What an experience! Certainly one I will never forget. It is people such as these that make all the difference; I've never experienced service quite like this. I am fully bought into Aesop and Aesop UK have individuals such as her to credit for this. We had a wonderful experience being attended to by an employee named Mariam who works in the Soho Aesop store. She was very passionate and engaging, giving us not only the perfect products but a full experience of the store.

They listened to me and even got 2nd and 3rd opinion. And didn't through loadsa products at me and were very sympathetic. I'm going through Topical Steroid Withdrawal, after having eczema so I can't just use anything. But it was nice to be listened to. Which hasn't always been the case with gps n dermatologists. High end cosmetic shop. From toothpaste to body gel you will find everything you need for your skin care . The staff are very helpful and will give you advice on what will be the right product for you. Prices are expensive,but the quality is excellent.

Had a fantastic experience here today. The products were fully demonstrated by a super friendly staff member named Steve, had a great chat while also finding what products worked for me. Would 100% recommend, a great place to visit and well worth the money.
