Just a five minute walk from Tower Bridge is this gem of a restaurant. Nothing too special inside but the food is exceptional. Fresh ingredients, great portion sizes and so, so, tasty. Whether or not you've had Filipino food before you will still be taken aback by the quality of the food. We were more than satisfied when we left and the owners (husband and wife) were welcoming and friendly. It's in a very unassuming area but don't let that put you off as this is one of the best Filipino restaurants we've been too!

A true hidden gem in London! Just a couple of minutes walk from Tower Bridge. Staff are friendly and you will feel at home. We have tried the spring roll, crispy duck, chicken sisig, lechong kawali and kare-kare! They are all delicious and has that authentic Filipino punch! Dish portion is very good. Sharing is advised!

An authentic south East Asian experience in east london. Warm service and good portions of food will stand you very well. Sisig and friend sea bass are the real star dishes. Will come again.

I’m so happy I discovered this hidden gem along Tower Hill. Everything was amazing. The food, the ambience and the service. I’m Filipino and the dishes I had with my husband tasted like home. I especially loved the chicken sisig and lechon paksiw. So tasty and flavourful! I’ll definitely come back and bring more friends with me so that I can introduce them to Filipino cuisine. Salamat po! Sa uulitin! ❤️

Fantastic food, we all ordered different things, and everything was delicious. The food is not spicy, which I like, and it's full of favour. I highly recommend the Mami soup; I really enjoyed it, especially with this cold weather. The staff was very friendly, the service was quick and it was great value for money.

The Filipino foods are really tasty, the serving is just right and service is also in time, although the place is not too spacious but it is clean and well maintained.

I'm so glad I had my birthday meal here, as the food and service were worth more than 5 stars. This place is a hidden gem so don't tell too many about it, but at the same time tell people about it and change there lives for the better!

We stumbled across Cirilo by accident but we were glad we did! We didn't have much time but we were served very quickly which was great, the chicken was soft and tasty and the prices were very reasonable. Would definitely come again and try more of their dishes... wish we had time for calamari starters!

We had beef sisig and adobo with rice. First time with Philippino food and so so good. The sisig was nicely spicy and saucy. The chicken adobo nicely marinated and with beautifully cooked potatoes.

Delicious first taste of Filipino food, and a great version of Singapore noodles. Great value and handy for Wilton’s round the corner

I highly recommend this delightful Filipino restaurant conveniently located just a short stroll from Tower Bridge. The exquisite food surpassed my expectations, and the service was not only attentive but genuinely outstanding. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. A must-try for anyone craving an authentic and memorable dining experience.

5 for service, 4 for atmosphere and 3.5 for food. The service was great and so deserves the 5 stars. I am putting 4 in the atmosphere only because it’s right next to the rail and so you could hear the passing of the trains. In terms of food, the taste was good and with good portions too for a very reasonable price. We ordered adobo, pork sisig and pancit bihon for mains, lumpia for appetizer and turon/leche flan for desserts. FYI, desserts are not listed on the menu but are priced almost like the main dish (a bit high imo) at £8.5 apiece. The main reason for 3.5 on food was that the dishes were very oily - i couldn’t eat the last bits of my fried rice as it was covered in oil. My bihon was also shiny from the oil. For the dessert, the banana in the turon was a bit mushy and the leche flan was harder than it should have been (kinda melt in your mouth feeling).

Popped in here before going to Wilton’s Music Hall last night. We were in a big rush (late again!) so ordered a noodle dish each and wolfed it down in just a few minutes. Such a crime because it was absolutely delicious; great tasting, quality ingredients, really fresh. My husband said they were the best Singapore Noodles he’s ever had. We are definitely coming back, to take our time and savour the food, as it deserves. I can’t wait. The staff were delightful too.

I have lunched and dined there for years now - the food is always exceptional. Whatever you choose on the menu it will be superb. The food is wonderfully balanced, not over seasoned, and looks great on the plate. If this place was in the West End they could double their prices and you wouldn’t bat an eyelid. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Food is absolutely amazing👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. We got lucky when we visited it yesterday bcoz Crispy Pata (in the picture) is available (you won’t see it in the menu) so had to try it, and did not disappoint. Pancit Bihon is also good, a little bit different from traditional one but it taste and look upscale. Bonus - Filipino owners/chef are so welcoming. They let us in even before their official opening hours. Thank you po!

Gorgeous food. The Kare-kare was the special highlight for us - the aubergine was grilled and caramelised to perfection.

Ordered the pork & chicken sisig and it was very very flavourful! It was £10.50 each and it was a good size for its price, but the rice came separately which was an additional £3. I’d definitely come back to try some of their other dishes! Also, ask for tap water because their still bottled water is £.475 :(

My mother-in-law came to visit and she mentioned that she would like to go to a Filipino restaurant. A quick Googling and Cirilo Filipino was the choice. A small, well-lit, and clean restaurant. I sensed this will be authentic or close-to-home cooking, and I was not disappointed. A fusion of different tastes, with every bite. I recommend and can't wait for a return visit with some friends. I could not stop 😄 laughing when I heard the back story. Mother-in-law wants to eat Adobo and Kare Kare as she saw it eaten in a film series she is watching. 😮 Ad placement does work! If you are driving parking is restrictive.

We always have our little family occasions here in Cirilos. Or I take my European friends to try the my own cuisine and red horse too 😂. As a Filipino myself, I know what a proper Filipino cuisine would taste like and look like! Thumbs up to Cirilos - they can satisfy my Filipino cravings for Pork Sisig and Pancit Canton! Very accommodating and friendly staff too! If you are planning to dine with them - it is best that you book in advance as they can sometimes be fully booked on busy days.

We decided to try Cirilo ahead of our honeymoon to the Phillipines at the end of the month. We had the lumpia and kinilaw to start, the chicken adobo for main and our favourite the beef kalderata!! We enjoyed this all so much we decided we weren’t finished yet and ordered the lechon to try too. The food was incredible as was the service. We will be back!
