    I've ordered online from here twice and both times spent over £100. Both times there were items missing from my order. The first time they refunded me the money for the missing items after i sent a few emails asking them to do so. The second time there was over £30 worth of stuff missing and some items that had been replaced with things that I did not want. Also, there were items that were open and leaking in the boxes because of poor packing. I emailed asking them to send the missing items or for them to refund me the approx £30. They responded asking me to send them pictures of every item in my order (which doesn't prove anything). My order was very large including over 100 packs of ramen. They gave me only 2 days to send them the pictures, which I was not able to do as I was away. After the 2 days they said there was nothing they could do. It was obvious that they had not delivered a whole box to me and they had been very careless packing the boxes that I did recieve. I will not be ordering from here again and I reccomend that you do not either. I have emailed you (Sing Kee) many times asking to help so don't respond to this asking me to email you. 8==========D~~~

    Cash and carry including small quantity. I can't read Chinese but they just about every Chinese dried packed items and some fresh and chilled. It's good to try oriental. I like the sweet chilli sauce the last 15 years. They had Wunan noodles oops.

    Decent products and pricing, but issues to what others have experienced regarding delivery and customer service. I have ordered 3 times from Sink Kee, each time between £50 and £120 worth of food. Every time there was something missing, and we had to request a refund. The first two times this was done without too much (though some) hassle, but the most recent occasion is what has made me decide to never use Sing Kee again. This order was about £30 short, and one of the packets of ramen was open in the box. It appears the all the stuff in the boxes has just been thrown in, with no concern for packaging, causing a packet to burst. We requested a refund. The response was that we had to take a photos of everything that arrived! This is ridiculous, since I could say 'the boxes arrive but they were empty - here's a photo of an empty box' - taking a photo of what has arrived proves nothing about what has not arrived. This is aside from the fact that they want me to send photos of nearly 70 packets! The person responding to my emails refused to negotiate, and then, out of the blue, gave me a deadline in just two or three days time. I have been very busy, and I am unable to achieve this. This is not a reasonable way to operate.

    Products and pricing are great, but online ordering process and related customer service not very efficient. And apparently they've never heard of the concept of sustainable packaging. The website states that my area (LS6) qualifies for same day delivery, although, as I ordered at 6 pm and the shop closes at 7, I wasn't even counting on it 100%. But then no news the next day; I've called 6 times, to no answer. I've also messaged their Facebook page, to which they replied late at night saying they don't deliver on Saturdays - even though no such information is specified on the website. Eventually, the delivery arrived on Sunday at 7 pm (which happened with virtually zero tracking updates online). Once here, the delivery seemed wrong, though. £30 of products in 4 boxes?? See for yourself in the pictures... Note that only the gyoza was frozen, so the other chilled products didn't even need the ice packs they came with, which would've helped fit them all in one styrofoam box (which is not really necessary because they don't go off that easily). Note also that the ice packs came further inside plastic bags. Moreover, a mere 400 g pack of harusame and 2× 60 g packs of wakame came in that huge cardboard box. Long story short, if you need the products, I recommend you go to the store yourself (though in these pandemic times it's never really good advice).

    It was my first visit and I was impressed by their quality of food! Parking could be a problem if you go there at peak hours, although free parking is available but very limited and it is share with the supermarket. Food was very good and delicious, dumplings, bun and rice rolls were the best in my opinion. Highly recommended this restaurant!

    Bad Parking place I'm getting charge £100. It was a shock I always shop there and this is the first time I got a penalty. And there's no sign that you can only park for 60mins what if you need longer like to use the restaurant? This is really bad. I Wonder if i'm the only one getting charge.

    I placed two orders with them online, the first one was ok but not for the second one. I ordered the same product as the first order, I checked the best before date of the leftover from the first order, it got a year so I already 5 packs of the rice on the second order. I was shock when I received the parcel, they only got 3 months shelf life so I called them and informed them about that. The staff who answered my phone, he said 'It is acceptable because they are still in date!' It is ok if I only ordered 1 or 2 packs of rice but I ordered 5 packs of rice! How can I finish 5 packs within 3 months? I wasn't happy about their customer service. Nowadays got so many oriental supermarkets which you can place order online so I am using a different which provide much better customer service and follow up. I ordered the same product with the new one twice, they got over 2 years shelf life. 接線生服務態度非常差! 我訂了5包米, 食用期只有3個月!

    This store has everything you need from dried goods. Fresh foods and vegetables that are good quality. They have a great frozen section also. Overall one of the best supermarkets for Asian cooking. It caters for resttaurants as well as the small shopper. They do tasting days also which is great to try new produce.

    First (and last) online order with this company. I guess it shows you get what you pay for and I shouldn’t have been dazzled by the prices being good value. Order was delivered with missing items (a third of the order!), I thought maybe they’re being sent in a separate shipment as they hadn’t told me otherwise and it was just after the new year bank holiday. Sent several emails to chase it with no replies. I then checked my bank statement and saw they’d refunded the missing items. What would have been nice is if they’d actually COMMUNICATED by emailing me that those items were out of stock and weren’t being delivered? A courtesy email that would have taken seconds? I now have to source those items having wasted DAYS waiting for them to get back to me. NEVER AGAIN.

    Amazing, I’ve ran out of a product in a prep kitchen what I’m running and just ordered it yesterday afternoon, and the delivery arrived already to London. I worried about the ordering because there was no choice, only “free felivery”, no next day delivery, but it came next day and free. 🙂

    Disappointed at the post-sale service. Received wrong items and missing items for my order. Made online enquiries but no respond. Called in to the customer service but no one picked up; someone from the administrative department promised the customer service would get back to me but never receiving any calls or email. Below is one of the example of the wrong items I received vs the ordered I made.

    I didn't expect a big supermarket like Sing Kee to have fraudulent trading habits. Soya milk products have expired and damaged cannot be used , instead of destroying them , they find a way to erase the expiry date and continue to sell to customers . I warn others when buying goods here, especially fresh foods like soya milk. Because spoiled food is very dangerous for your body. and also warn the sing kee supermarket to quit cheating like this.
