No matter how many times I am in the Virgin lounge at Heathrow, I will never tire of it. It’s great to be travelling again and being welcomed by such amazing staff. From the moment you are at the entrance to when you take your seat, the service is fabulous. And the food is of great quality and variety to. Impressive cocktail bar and facilities, a truly faultless experience!!

An outstanding lounge. Quiet and civilized, like lounges used to be. Very upscale decor with various areas to suit your needs, whether dining, relaxing working or catching the news on a big screen. While the club has a traditional bar and buffet, they also have menus and an ample amount of servers are ready to take your order and clear your plates. Truly a place to quietly work or regenerate.

This is, hands down, one of my favorite places in the world. Very professional staff offers made to order food and cocktails delivered directly to whatever spot in the lounge you have chosen for yourself, and one free spa service (pending availability) is available to each guest during their stay. Their shower rooms are clean and comfortable and their hair salon where one can get for purchase haircuts is excellent. As an added bonus, we love the design of the space; it gives us loads of ideas for how we might like to decorate in the future!

We travelled to Orlando in December for my 50th birthday. After getting on the plane they could not start the engine. We were sitting for an hour waiting, hot, poor air circulation and people coughing. I caught Covid and then it passed to my wife and kids, spoiling the holiday. Complained to virgin and was offered £50 traveller points. Won’t be using Virgin again.

Top notch lounge! You can ordered food from a menu and great alcohol menu. The cocktails are great especially bramble. There are three floors- the main area which is extensive, the game area and the garden area. There is also a kids area. The lounge has a slight clubhouse feel to it. There is a spa and salon area in which you can get a 15min massage free.

We flew out of London Heathrow through Virgin Atlantic with a direct flight to LAX that’s 11 hrs flying by myself and 2 kids, 12 and 9 year old. From the moment that we stepped into the airplane it felt very nice to be there. They had upbeat music and very friendly staff it actually got me super excited to be flying with them the plane looked amazing inside I flew economy all the way in the back but I actually didn’t mind it because the seats were comfortable, everything looked clean, they gave us a packet with 3 face masks, hand gel and hand wipes. This came in handy because I had packed my Hand sanitizer and couldn’t get it out. My daughter has anxiety and those little packets helped when she needed to clean her hands often. They placed a nice video showing how they are cleaning and disinfecting the airplanes after each flight that was awesome and helped my daughter calm down. Food was delicious, kids are picky eaters and I was surprised they ate most of the food provided in the flight. Lots of yummy food and flight attendants always asked if we needed anything to drink and if we were comfortable. I think the highlight of the flight would be the meal with the high afternoon tea, it was so precious it had a scone, clotted cream, jam, English breakfast tea, and a little sandwich. That was just a lovely touch that made me miss England. I would highly recommend them they were fantastic. Best airline to fly in. They made sure we arrived safely to LAX thank you guys!

the best service we wanted, great planes, amazing service. evrey thing is clean, self monitors for each passenger. the food is riche and good. and the crew is the best i have ever saw. allways smiling, and taking care of the clients. big Tnx fo 10 + service 🏅

We had a delay on our British Airways flight that caused us to miss our flight the day before. BA put us up for the night at a cheap hotel with stuff that they call food. This morning we got our flight out with our original carrier Virgin Atlantic. Gracie took care of us She tracked our luggage assigned to our aircraft. We are so grateful for her. Thanks Virgin for hiring a truly amazing person.

Nice clean modern lounge with waiter/waitress service. Food is of a good quality and service is attentive without being intrusive. There is a good selection of beers and wine and you can get a cocktail made to order. There is a games room advertised on the website but this seems to have been converted to another lounge area which is a shame, this should be updated.

My experience in the Virgin Clubhouse has proved to be an exceptional one! Nothing better than being doted upon in a relaxing and comfy lounge with plenty of food and drink to choose from. I also managed to squeeze in a well needed and thoroughly enjoyabel back and shoulder oil massage. There are plenty of ways to lounge around, watch news and sport or even watch planes take off/land while you while away the hours before your flight. Thank you Virgin for such great service.

No bad airlines, services at airports and flights are good, but phone service when you need to call them is absolutely horrendous, with extremely rude Indian people who treat customers like rubbish. Stay away.

Best airline club. Superb food, service and always clean.

I travel the transatlantic flight LHR-USA at least four times a year. I have flown every airline for these transatlantic flights and Virgin Atlantic/Delta is by far the best transatlantic route to fly. From the airport lounge, to basic amenities on flights economy, business, and first, food offered inflight; Virgin/Delta far exceed their competitors. I use to fly American/British but they simply cannot compete with the friendliness, professionalism, and in-flight experience Virgin offers.

Flight out to JFK no problems with tasty in air meals and snacks. Good entertainment too.

Lounge at Heathrow was ok , booked upper class to LAX , let my son sit in my sit and got told he wasn’t allowed , wont use virgin again !

Had flights to Florida with my young family and could not have been happier with the level of service we experienced with the cabin crew. In particular on our return flight the crew were incredible, so much so my boys said the best part of the holiday was the flight! I would to mention Chloe Rowden and fligjt manager Claire specifically for their kindness and attention. Highlight was the kids seeing the cockpit!

The lounge is great though the whole T3 experience Is awful, from check in to security and boarding at the gate. Particularly there seemed to be no order at the gate, a free for all mentality with bare bones virgin staff
