Acceptable brutalist building.

Usually warm and busy. So long as your out of exam season, it's not too hard to get a seat. Cafe is good.

The building exterior is less than beautiful, but the collection is excellent. I am an alumni (PhD, 1993) and have both fond and thankful sentiments. A skilled library staff.

Very useful and a lot of resources BUT all the students are "blocking" the desks which makes it impossible to find somewhere to sit down.

Lovely Library. Good memories nice places to hide so you can concentrate on your books. Also they have lost of history book. Books you would think were destroyed or never existed.

Definitely needs an expansion given the number of students during exam time but absolutely lovely as a building and a great place to study.

A bit small compared to the University of Dundee. Still, very interesting the exposition about the LGBTQ community!

Looks grim from the outside, but the newly renovated interior is lovely. Massive collections and a good variety of study spaces: two floors are silent and two floors aren't. Even now the entire thing is open it can still get insanely busy during exam weeks.
