I've been to this shop a few times over the years and it's always been a good experience. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the the items. It's a shop where you can purchase a variety of religious and spiritual items for space clearing, energy cleansing, ritual, meditation and prayer. It's a larger and better stocked store than the Croydon branch and is much busier due to its central location.

I love powerful hand. Website is super easy to use, staff usually always call ahead to let you know if anything is out of stock etc and then the shipping is very fast and you’re sent a time slot. Not to mention the products are always very well wrapped, labelled, and packaged. I will be a customer always and recommend to all of my friends who see the products in my house and ask where they’re from especially the candles.

Great array of products and 5 star customer service. I ordered a product and unfortunately it became out of stock. Instead of waiting for me to discover this when my item was shipped, Powerful Hand called me and explained and apologised. You can tell they care about their customer and the business and I will definitely be buying from them again!

For those that are looking for a spirited shop, I would say do not come here. Yes, there are lots of candles and herbs, but there's a 'wholesale' feel to the space, not one where the people serving know what they are serving. It's an exploitative energy and it's unlikely I'll visit again.

I made an order on their website yesterday, the money was taken from my account and I have proof of this. I did not received a conformation so I sent out an email, I did not get a response i'm aware that it's the holiday period and all. Today I called them and the guy was so rude and unprofessional and he said well... the order is not there so I will not get a refund and they will check in the new year smh terrible I want my money BACK!!!

I never had such a bad customer service in my life, i have been trying for around 2-3 months to get in touch with them and i even issues a refund on paypal for my order which hasnt arrived yet , they claim it was a mistake the first time and i again see no movement on my parcel which in their claim said it was resend. i would like a refund on my order because i did not waste 500$ for nothing ...
