The
place
is
nothing
more
than
a
10
dollar
a
night
down
trodden
back
packer
hostel
in
Thailand
disguising
as
a
"hotel",
a
hotel
it
certainly
isn't.
This
is
hands
down
the
worst
place
I
have
had
the
misfortune
to
stay
in.
The
1
staff
was
a
60
year
old,
grey
pony
tailed
former
hippy
with
hygiene
issues
who
seemed
totally
out
of
his
depth.
The
place
was
dirty,
the
bedroom
worse
than
a
90s
northern
polyrechnic
dorm
with
a
£20
bed
from
the
local
high
street.
The
bathroom
was
cleaned
by
someone
in
a
hurry,
probably
the
grey
pony
tailed
chap.
Everything
was
disgusting,
the
sheets,
the
pillow
cases,
the
carpet,
everything
and
I
had
to
pay
£115
for
the
privilege
because
EasyJet
had
cancelled
our
flight
and
we
had
to
take
a
flight
a
day
earlier
so
the
"hotel"
kindly
said:
sure
we'll
change
your
the
arrival
day...
for
an
additional
£40
or
you
lose
your
£75
booking.
Utterly
disgraceful!
Plus,
the
grey
pony
tailed
one
informed
us
that
the
shuttle
to
Gatwick
doesn't
start
until
9
am
(our
flight
was
at
8:50
am)
and
that
due
to
the
previous
night's
rail
strike
there'd
be
no
taxis
available.
So
our
only
option
was
the
6
am
bus
from
down
the
road
logging
our
luggage
down
a
an
uneven
full
of
gravel
road.
Again
an
utter
disgrace
as
we
gave
up
half
way
up
the
road
and
called
a
cab
that
arrived
within
3
minutes.
The
Gatwick
White
House
Hotel
is
a
place
that
must
be
avoided
at
all
costs.
I
felt
that
if
I
didn't
catch
anything
from
the
bed
or
if
I
only
got
a
verruca
from
the
bathroom
that
I'd
be
lucky.
This
is
a
foul
and
rancid
place,
full
stop.
