I really can't recommend the foresters. My financial advisor is great and has been helpful whenever I've spoken to him, so no complaints on that front. However, the online service MyPlans, and the admin/customer service team are shocking. At least 3 times I have updated my direct debit amounts on MyPlans to find that they are completely wrong when they leave my account the following month, meaning I've had to contact Foresters, whose hold times are not great. There was even an occasion where I updated the amounts on MyPlans, the aforementioned scenario occured leading to me contacting customer services, and then the manual intervention from their team was incorrect once again, leading to another 30 minutes on hold just to change a direct debit amount. It's frustrating that something so simple is made so difficult.

I've had a great experience with Foresters and am glad to be investing in my finances and my future from a young age. My advisor Stephen Verney has been of great help and is always a smiling face, he's made the world of money understandable and accessible. Would recommend!

I have used Kieron Wilks as my Financial Advisor for about 1 year. I had a couple of ISA's with my bank which were not working for me as the interest rates were very poor. I have since moved my ISA's to Foresters and his advice has been extremely helpful. So much so I have arranged for my daughter to setup a Child Trust Fund for my Granddaughter so that we could pay in a monthly amount for her future. He has fully explained to us how the market works and therefore I have been able to pay into my ISA when the market has dropped and have already seen that my investments have increased. I have recommended him to family and friends as I feel confident with his honest advice and competence.

I was blatantly lied to. The representative stated that only Foresters could let me have a LISA and a Stocks and Shares ISA simultaneously and used that as the main selling point. I quote "you only have 1 ISA code, but HMRC let's us doth both under 1 code" Which is just untrue

I've been with Foresters for years . They are reliable, trustworthy company. My finance advisor Nicola is very friendly and knowledgeable. If any issues, I have no problem to contact her anytime I need and get professional help.

Kevin Green was very clear and thorough when explaining the Lifetime ISA system and how it can benefit me. He also helped me set up my direct debit very smoothly.

Today I spoke to Reece from Forsters Financial. He was BEYOND EXCELLENT, TOTALLY BRILLIANT. I had two or three issues that for whatever reason had not been resolved by Foresters, however once I spoke to REECE, he got everything sorted for me in a few short moments. He takes the phrase "polite and highly efficient" to a higher level. If he is not running the department then he should be!!!! then he should be!!!

I didn't have a clue how to handle my finances so I'm so glad I found Foresters because as part of the service, you get your own financial advisor. My advisor Kieron Wilks is amazing, he's really explains how the accounts work - in a way anyone can understand. I've got a Lifetime ISA and a stocks and shares ISA and I feel confident that I know how to make best use of them to set me up for the future! 100% recommend Foresters and Kieron. Thank you.

The Child Trust Fund we set up for our daughter is now due to end and after 18 years, when the “administration charges” are deducted it will be less than if we had put the same amount of money into a piggy bank. It’s shameful that this company promised so much initially and then performed so badly yet still ensure they are paid as if they have actually achieved something. I feel badly let down and sorry for my daughter who was going to use her money to help fund university. Once again the average person suffers at the hands of big companies.

Really not been helpful. Have said they have cashed my sons money into his bank account but nothing is in there. Have tried on several occasions to sort this but still no answers apart from you no longer have a account. Now my sons money from turning 18 has just vanished
