Just bought some football boots for my son. Amazing experience, they have a caged room with felt on the floor which you can run around in with your studs and kick the ball, practice kick ups, use cones to practice dribbling and there's a wall you can kick the ball against which allows you to train your shots. It's very clever, you need to hit all the squares on the wall to light them up one by one. We had a lot of fun and bought the boots with confidence. Then we got a 20% discount by downloading the Adidas app. A truly 5 star experience.

Terrible customer service. Never normally write reviews for this kind of thing, but it was beyond bad and extremely rude today August 14th Monday morning in the Men's section.

Went to the Adidas Store to get some new football boots for my son. Stood for twenty minutes to try on a pair in my sons size, only for multiple staff walking past, desperately trying not to make eye contact. Eventually queued up at the till and asked to try some boots on. Guy goes to look for my sons size.. and never comes back.. left the store as it was the end of his shift. Could not make it up. When I told another member of staff, no apology.. Worst shopping experience ever!

From the DJ to the sale selection and in house barber. The concept behind this store is cutting edge. A fabulous image and shopping experience. Staff were friendly. I can't wait to go again!

Adidas at Westfield Shepherds Bush is right on Level 1 opposite HM and near the food court...very easy to locate. Great customer service and great quality items but I gave them 4 Stars and not 5 because they do not have lift or escalator so with a heavy luggage, I had to drag it down the stairs.

Visited adidas Westfield after years and it is amazing! You could spend a weeks wages in there and still actually have more to buy. Love their new summer range, really good quality designs. Definitely worth a visit!

Everyone knows the store but it's the staff and service that make this a great store. I very rarely shop at Adidas, opting for Nike, but that really has changed based on nothing other than the service provided. After buying a few pairs of trainers as gifts for family, I went home and bought a couple for myself via the app.

This is a "symbolic" shop to show presence for PR purposes. The selection of items is very limited. Just the opposite of a superstore. The staff is friendly.

A nice collection of trainers and I stayed for a long time trying them on. A big shout out to the team there for taking care of me and special thanks to Farzan for all his help and knowledge.

This store specialises in 1) football and 2) women sports bras. Was told this a few hours ago. If you’re into running, they don’t specialise in that.

We had fernando help us with my partners football boots. He was so helpful and kind to us! and genuinely seemed to care about his job. Thank you!

Probably the worst shop I have ever been to. Service and customer experience non existent, may as well call it Addidas museum.

I was very surprised by the fashion in this store I am a keen Addidas shopper but this store was not at all my idea of dun or fashionable I would be amazed if anyone would be seen in the streets dressed in this gear. I found one pair of trainers which if a gun to my head scenario happened I would chose and they were £200. Hello 200 quid for trainers £Uck.

They made my purchase difficult from start to finish. I bought on the Adidas website with a discount and I chose this store to get my sneakers, because of the discount they acted with prejudice against me, they didn't provide a good service. First they wanted to sell me a sneaker that was not new, like new, claiming that they no longer had the number 9. However, I asked another seller to take the number 9 and this seller did not know about my problem, to my surprise he returned with a new number 9 sneaker in the box. For me who bought at a discount they didn't have the number 9, but if another customer wanted to buy it paying the full amount they had it. Due to the false information given to me, I decided to take the number 8.5 previously, but realizing that it was a lie, I decided to change the tennis 8.5 to the 9, and again they created another problem. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO EXCHANGE THE SHOES MAINTAINING THE DISCOUNT, they claimed that if I wanted to exchange, I would have to pay the full amount, that is, I would have to pay another £48 just for them to exchange the number. Prejudice, lies, forced me to pay an additional amount to change my sneakers, created unnecessary problems, and after all that I preferred to go home without my sneakers.

I went there yesterday around 6pm trying to exchange the item I purchased online then the guys told me it’s not possible because the item Im going to give them is from the other country, this is funny how could be from other country when u use AdidasUKsite and still have my email receipt. This is the only shop doing this. Well this need to be change. Adidas is Adidas no matter it’s online or shop purchase.

Spacious store within Westfield, although slightly sparse on the product front. Went to look at running clothing and was slightly disappointed with the limited range on offer, which seemed to be dwarfed by things such as the "brand" and "retro style" clothing ranges, which I am guessing are more of a seller with modern consumers.

Staff was very unintrested to do their work or engage with the costumers. When I asked for help, it felt like that I was bothering them. It took them way too long time to get me shoes that I asked for. I didn’t enjoy being there and I was almost too scared to ask for help, because they were not friendly and were annoyed when I asked for help.
