    Was here For the MOT but needed to have a look around. Very COVID secure with hand sanitiser stations, screens and coverings in use. As the MOT required a bit of work, I was given a car to use and kept up to date with the progress. Very happy with service and safety in showroom.

    No interest, No care, no help and this was from the main man at the top of the tree. Never wanting to help with issues. Both Service and Dealer Principal Promised the earth and never delivered. A lot of money paid to be treated in such a poor way. Its a shame because Sales did the job of getting me to buy -then, BANG! we have your money now go away! NOT IMPRESSED! Since December 2021 I am still waiting to hear from the Dealer Principal as to what he is going to do about my inconvenience as he wanted time think about it. Perhaps Ian, listen to the recorded phone call and have a rethink as to how you conduct business. Not impressed!

    Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not at all pushy, made the experience of buying a car effortless and an absolute pleasure. If you’re buying a Mercedes you want a star experience, and that’s what they’ll give you. Exceeded expectations at every opportunity.

    I had an issue with my fuel filler cap not opening, called into the service team at 8am and they helpfully agreed to have the car in that day. It was dropped off at 9am and I received a call at 10:35am to tell me the necessary part had been changed and the car had received a health check also. The car was washed and valeted before I collected it with my permission. Really impressed with the quality and speed of service and will be returning in a few weeks for a service on the vehicle.

    Popped in to see the star expert Olly today, great guy enthusiastic knew what he was talking about, register my car to Mercedes me account as was locked to previous owner. went through the features a credit to the company. Credit where credit is due. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

    After dealing with other Mercedes dealerships accross the country I found the service that Connor gave at Sandown was excellent. He made the transaction of buying a car easy, no cheesy sales talk and just honest, open conversations. I'm in sales myself and Connor is an assett to the business.

    We have just purchased our very first Mercedes (GLE) I have brought many cars before but i can honestly say this is the best experience i have had with a garage. We were lucky enough to meet Gary S who helped us purchase our new car. The process was not stressful, Gary Swales was very helpful and not pushy. ( We didn't intend to buy a new car haha) Gary answered any questions we had but to be honest he gave us all the information we needed. Teh test drive was lovely. The car sold itself. It was spotless inside and out. Not a mark. Gary removed any obstacles which could have been stressful with part exchanging two cars, removing private plates and arranging tax. We purchased the service plan, the star guard and other extras. It was a lovely touch for the manager Ben to come out and speak to us during purchase. It's the little touches that you always remember. We will definitely come back to Sandown and we will be personally asking for Gary next time. Everyone made us feel welcome from Sandown from the moment we arrived at the Garage to the minute we drove off. I am so pleased with my purchase. There is not one thing i would change with the whole experience. Thank you so much and now we have experienced Mercedes customer service and support i can see us becoming returning customers. Thank you Gary for all your help, i love my new car.

    I can't speak highly enough of Ed at Basingstoke Mercedes. I live in the North East of England and two times running I have been let down by Mercedes Benz Teesside. They claimed to not have the car I wanted and tried to sell me something else yet Ed found one for me within 20 minutes ! Ed kept me abreast of expected delivery times and constantly updated me throughout what I can only describe as wonderful customer care experience. With distance between us at over 280 miles it was still no trouble at all. Ed arranged for the car to be delivered to my door and for my old one to be taken back. I say old but it was only 4 years old. Working in a customer service industry myself I was really impressed with Ed and Mercedes Basingstoke. If you are thinking of buying a Mercedes then, no matter where you are in the UK, I would recommend you get in touch with these guys. First class and 5 stars from me Gavin ( North East )

    Had my car since May for the recall option from the Mercedes till Middle of October. It was very bad experience with the MB branch in Basingstoke. The Management of the branch worst it can be. No update No phone calls No emails with the update on the progress all this months had to chase them for the update on the progress. The MB Arranged Enterprise courtesy car to drive (Vauxhall Corsa for the family of 5 and the dog) I have 7 seater Mercedes for the reason . All this months Had a massive stress and unknow reasons when and when it will happen will get my car back. Luckily enough The Enterprise Branch manager James in Basingstoke helped to upgrade for the bigger cars if I needed for my Family trips NOT MB MANAGEMENT. Definitely I will leave 5 star for the Enterprise Basingstoke Branch. What I can say MB Basingstoke Management DO NOT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER!!!! You just lost potential costumer who was ready to spend some ££ on the new car at your branch... Would leave my feedbacks regards this experience in all the internet platforms cross UK. And do not forget you not suppose to have Award winning pictures for the costumer excellence on your branch walls. Good luck with the sales... Thank you

    I bought my first Mercedes from this dealership in 2019 with absolute ease. I picked up my new car this week, my first part exchange with Mercedes. I have found the team to be polite, happy to spend time dealing with questions and concerns without feeling rushed into a decision. My previous car's services and recent MOT were all done here and again, great service from them. Buying this most recent car, I've had plenty of questions but had them all dealt with promptly by Rory who has handled the sale from my initial enquiries to picking it up a couple of days ago. Also love the 'reveal' they do with their new cars! Would highly recommend buying a car from Mercedes Benz Basingstoke.

    MB Basingstoke were amazing start to finish, Gave me an amazing trade in price for my existing Merc (Better than any other online company) and had my prefect car! Picked up my MB GLC AMG 63s Coupe, was in perfect condition and ready when i got there, paperwork was done quick and i was away, after care call in the evening to make sure everything was fine, communication was great also. Highly reccomend. Special mention to Gary who was my contact, great dealing with you!

    Great customer service, I bought my car here 5 years ago and getting service, MOT here every year. Staff is very professional, polite and very helpful.     I was trying to extend my current contract and was being thrown from pillar to post by mercedes head office and my local mercedes dealership for 2 months. Ed then got involved who was extremely helpful and understanding, extended my contract for 2 more years which was a big help as I didnt have to find a new car. During this time mercedes needed to go over my car and provided me with an even higher spec car than my own. Also had difficulties returning the car which Ed sorted with no issues. Until Ed got involved not great service, but he made up for all of that by himself. Thank you for all of your help Ed. (JE)

    I've been taking my cars to Basingstoke Mercedes for 10 years and have always found the staff to be polite, clear, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. I feel like a valued customer and have been very pleased with my experiences thus far. There are issues with the car park being small and tightly packed, not helped by having a site that has limited access. Little can be done about this without great expenditure however. It has improved a little over the years however and maybe I've been lucky but I always seem to be able to get a parking place when I need to visit. Overall it's the right place to take your Mercedes. The sales and service staff are good. The mechanics are great. And they all make my life a bit easier when I need their help.

    Excellent - service centre - honest and not overpriced at all ... sometimes you can be put off by main dealer expected prices but to be honest I shopped around a lot and - I got a better service - honest price - thorough diagnostic testing and very very honest evaluation of what needs doing now and in the future. David I believe is the manager who dealt with me and he was was really great. Recommend.
