Currently
staying
in
Central
Point
and
will
be
for
some
time
yet.
The
apartment
is
like
a
studio
flat
and
for
a
single
person
could
function
adequately
as
a
place
to
live,
lockdowns
notwithstanding.
It
is
ideally
positioned
for
the
town
centre
and
most
relevant
things
for
business,
such
as
nearby
offices,
are
easily
walkable
for
any
able-bodied
person.
The
Festival
Place
mall
and
other
shops
are
very
close.
The
apartment
itself
is
clean,
well
equipped
and
aesthetically
pleasing,
with
a
vinyl
/
laminate
type
floor,
comfy
bed
and
adequate
storage.
Cleaning
is
weekly
but
the
only
bugbear
is
having
to
confirm
the
same
covid
related
declaration
every
week.
Emptying
the
bin
is
the
tenant's
responsibility.
There
are
some
signs
that
the
company
need
to
up
their
game
on
building
maintenance.
The
shower
head
is
partly
clogged
with
scale
and
sprays
haphazardly.
The
bracket
it's
mounted
on
is
wobbly
and
has
lost
a
screw
cover
(screw
fixings
not
sealed,
that's
asking
for
trouble).
Some
of
the
kitchen
LEDs
have
gone
and
one
of
the
windows
does
not
seal
properly,
which
lets
in
more
outside
noise
than
the
others.
This
is
especially
noticeable
at
6am
when
either
the
bin
lorry
or
the
local
shop's
delivery
truck
turns
up
to
help
start
your
day
whether
you
wanted
to
or
not.
The
chest
of
drawers
is
in
the
wardrobe,
leaving
almost
no
hanging
space.
There
is
no
shaver
socket
on
the
wall
for
charging
an
electric
toothbrush
or
shaver
and
the
one
on
the
mirror
light
is
too
high
to
use
plus
I
think
it
only
comes
on
with
the
light
itself.
The
rug
is
a
trip
hazard
where
one
corner
refuses
to
lie
flat.
The
dishwasher
door
balance
spring
has
gone,
which
makes
the
door
very
heavy
when
combined
with
the
weight
of
the
covering
unit
door
and
has
clonked
my
knee
more
than
once.
[EDIT:
The
maintenance
operative
was
prompt
to
visit
since
this
review
was
originally
posted
and
has
replaced
the
shower
head,
tried
to
improve
on
the
head
bracket,
replaced
the
dishwasher
door
spring
and
has
seen
what
they
can
do
about
the
window,
which
might
be
marginally
better.
All
of
the
LED
lights
that
had
gone
have
been
replaced.
Thanks,
HoF
team!]
Aside
from
these
niggles
anyone
staying
here
should
be
pleased
with
the
offering.
The
WiFi
is
very
good
with
a
router
in
every
room
and
Ethernet
is
accessible
using
this.
The
flat
TV
is
showing
its
age
slightly
but
the
HDMI
sockets
are
accessible
so
just
plug
in
a
computer
if
you
want
Netflix
on
a
bigger
screen.
The
lighting
can
be
adjusted
from
overhead
functional
to
moody
leisure.
Heating
is
barely
required
but
two
wall
convectors
take
care
of
any
needs.
There
is
a
timer
in
a
cupboard
but
it
does
not
look
like
it's
ever
been
used.
Parking
booked
via
HoF
is
a
bit
haphazard
but
again
it
is
adequate
and
easy
to
locate,
just
round
the
corner
from
the
main
door.
It
was
no
trouble
to
add
extra
cars.
A
paper
permit
is
not
required
any
more,
just
notify
the
team
of
the
car
details
for
any
car
that
might
be
using
your
space.
The
staff
I
have
had
dealings
with
have
seemed
friendly
and
helpful.
They
provided
more
than
enough
information
and
answered
any
queries
promptly.
Overall
I
would
recommend
HoF
Central
Point
as
a
competitive
and
refreshing
alternative
to
hotels
especially
for
longer
stays.
