We had the best experience in store !! My partner and I recently moved out of the area and was very excited to pay the store a visit. I’m autistic and snow fairy is my favourite scent in the world so when we arrived at the store and saw the snow fairy collection back I audibly let out some noise and stimmed. The staff clearly saw my excitement and every single one of them matched my energy and made me feel so valid for me feelings. Upon reaching the checkout with our snow fairy goodies we had an incredible chat with who I believe is the manager / team lead ( we unfortunately couldn’t get her name but she had brown hair, glasses and a moon necklace) . She was so incredible and I can’t thank her enough for her service it truly elevated my experience especially when we were all ringed up and she gave my partner and I am extra candle on our bag! It was the best experience and this store is so incredible. Thank you to all the staff at lush Basingstoke for an amazing visit

Last week, Lucy F was phenomenal!! I was met with a huge smile and left to browse. I was then given excellent recommendations! I’m very impressed and will be coming back!

I would give more stars if I could. My partner and I went in with our autistic son just to browse around. The staff members made the whole experience magical for him. They were very patient and they taught him how to make a bath bomb (at his own speed). Thank you for a great trip

I was served by Ollie and I was extremely impressed and thankful for his in-depth knowledge of the products, what was in the products, what products would best suit my skin and hair, he really took the time to listen to my concerns and then recommend appropriately. I came away with my purchases feeling very well looked after! 100% recommend.

From start to finish the assistant Tanya was so lovely. My little girl’s birthday day out and she made her feel extra special and let her try out some bath bombs and bubble bath. She was funny, patient, friendly and helpful. Explained about different bath bombs to my daughter and what you use them for. My daughter loved the experience and was happy to leave with 2 items. I went in today to get some Christmas pressies! I had a warm welcome, and told them I had a list of things to get for my daughter. The shop was busy, but they all made time to talk to me! Elena that served me was so helpful. She took plenty of time and discussed pros and cons for products with my skin condition leaving me able to make an informed decision. I come from a managerial background in customer service and was very impressed.

Visited today for my 9yr olds birthday party. Abby was ready for us and I can only say how fantastic the experience was from start to finish. The girls made a bath bomb, played games and tested products in a friendly and inclusive environment. The girls were loud at times but this was met with smiles and a friendly way of bringing levels down a little. Would highly recommend

I met Millie and she had the kindest heart she helped me pick out some lovely items and even though I was extremely picky she didn’t mind then finally I went to pay and my card didn’t work but bless her she saved my order on the till and put my bag behind the counter so I can come back and buy it the next day when I figure out my card I now have my purchase so thank you so much Mille you were such a lovely girl xx

The staff in this branch are always so friendly and helpful but without being pushy (which I have felt a little in other stores before). They always offer advice and are happy to provide samples if you’re not ready to buy straight away. Last week I received exceptional customer service from Shaniah, who even offered a massage to demo the products - needless to say at 38weeks pregnant this was music to my ears. Elena was awesome, loads of products knowledge, super happy and even gave me a double hi 5! Iv never been into lush before but Elena’s help with the. Pink fairy dust just made me so so happy! We went into Lush and met Nicole. We are visiting from New Zealand and because we don't have a Lush store there (Why???) my 2 teen daughters were fascinated with everything in the store. We are staying with friends who have a bath. My youngest daughter was looking at all the beautiful bath bombs, when Nicole came over to help. She took my daughters to a demo table and explained about Lush bath bombs....then they got to choose one to plop in the water to see what they do! My youngest (13)was instantly hooked. Nicole was incredibly engaging and kind to my girls. She then found out that all (and I mean all) our luggage has gone missing from our flight, so not a great start to our holiday. Nicole did no more than rush to us as we were leaving and offer us a few free toiletries as we had none of ours! This wonderfully kind gesture was gratefully accepted and appreciated. Thank you for employing such a wonderful, caring and lovely young lady in your store, and for giving Nicole the kind of work environment where she can demonstrate that awesome kindness to strangers without fear of being told off!! My youngest daughter now wants to work in Lush, all because of the awesome Nicole.

Millie was absolutely brilliant. I asked her to help me choose some Christmas gifts for my own stocking (woo, motherhood 😂) but I wanted some surprises to open. I gave her an idea of the things I did and didn't like then left her to it. Boy did she deliver! I had some lovely treats on Christmas morning, all of which were just right for me and she even included an extra gift 💕😭 Thank you Millie for sending some Christmas magic my way, it meant the world.

Loving Lush - and the Basingstoke team are particularly brilliant. Nicole, Theresa and Lucy L were all really helpful and great ambassadors. I love the fact that your staff are always friendly and well informed - and I love the fact that they can be exactly who they are. No need to renew my delivery pass - the in store experience is worth the time.

LOVE this store… one of the best lush’s around. Staff are always happy and friendly and always happy to help you out. It always smells really nice here but also not too over powering like other stores. Will definitely be back.

What an experience! I have always loved Lush products and have great experiences in store but my most recent visit was amazing. Elena (Basingstoke Store) spent a long time with myself and my partner. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the products in store. Elena asked questions, listened to what I was saying and recommended products based on that. She gave us a wonderful hand and arm massage using various products and made us feel relaxed (and smell amazing!) Elena bursts with infectious positivity and is an absolute credit to your store. I left the store with a bag full of goodies, a skip in my step and a boosted feeling of self love. The world needs more Elenas - thank you x

Had a lovely experience at Lush Basingstoke. Laura helped me understand what the products do. Even after mentioning I have a skin condition, she provided detailed recommendations on skin products for my type of skin, and gave away free samples for me to try before purchasing. She was polite and very knowledgeable. The store was clean and tidy with a pleasant atmosphere.

So I’ve been advised to be looked after by my Mum for a couple weeks to focus on my mental health before I return to work, and decided to pop into LUSH Basingstoke as a mood boost and because I love seeing the other LUSH stores. I was approached by multiple staff members who complimented my outfit, offered help and talked about our company and connections we had. Then when I went to till I was served by such a lovely bubbly lady (I think her name was Coral), and we chatted about my LUSH manager/housemate and our favourite products - before I left, she gave me a free Floating Flower to wish me a speedy recovery and I felt very blessed and pretty emotional. You guys are such an incredible, bubbly and kind team, I’m sure your LUSH is an amazing place to work in. You guys seriously need to come to LUSH Bath for a spa treatment, I would love to see you guys again! Thank you all so much for being so amazing and for making my day! Cal x

An amazing team and splendid visit. They are always super helpful when I go in there. I was unsure on which products to look at, so I described my needs and the lovely ladies assisted me, even letting me use the products (abiding restrictions where advised) and explained which ones best suit my skin and hair type, as well as recommendations for general beauty. Always helpful staff great products

I just want to thank the amazing young man who gave my son a lot of time this afternoon, showing him the Goddess bath bomb and mixing it with the Sunnyside bar. I hope he sees this and knows how much this mum and her little lad appreciated his wonderful kindness as we left the shop. I was so taken aback I don't feel I expressed my thanks properly.

I had a fantastic experience at LUSH, Basingstoke when I visited the store yesterday. The staff were so very attentive and showed me some great products. Nothing was too much trouble, even looking up the face mask I used to use (Love Lettuce) and suggesting a new equivalent. I left the store with much more than I'd gone in for. Well done Team Basingstoke!

The staff in the lush are the nicest people ever! They were so nice to my daughter while I shopped, showing her the different bath bombs and such they do for kids. They made the shopping experience so easy and they were really helpful finding me what products suited me best. I can't say enough nice things about them.

Great service and kindness today from May in the Basingstoke store. My 7 yr old daughter had just had her 1st Covid jab , so we went into Lush for a treat. May was very kind to my daughter and spent time showing her all the bath bombs and then very kindly gave her a free gift . Much appreciated , thank you .

Lush in Basingstoke always give you a fantastic welcome and take the time to showcase the new products and try them out. They are very knowledgeable and I was served by Anneka today and she was brilliant , great customer service skills. I will definitely be purchasing again soon !!

I am a frequent visitor to Lush as my children as well as myself are huge fans on their products and use them on a daily basis. The children adore their bath bombs and their rainbow bath putty which is great fun! I went into the Basingstoke store today with my 4 year old son William. It was National Bath Bomb day so we couldn’t not go in ! I discussed a lot of the products I hadn’t tried yet with two absolutely wonderful assistants Rupali and May. These two very knowledgable young ladies were so patient and really tried to find the right products to suit my needs. They also entertained my son who was enthralled with the bubble wands and bath bombs as usual but I was really impressed that they listened to him too and really got him involved (many places ignore young children or treat them as an inconvenience but the staff in Lush were amazing) They are a credit to the company! I came away with samples of new products I had yet to try along with a couple of products I bought as was very eager to try them and some complimentary bath bombs as it was National Bath bomb day which was a lovely surprise and added bonus! My daughter who was in school will be thrilled when she gets home! I will continue to return to the Basingstoke Lush store, the staff genuinely make it a lovely experience! I’m hoping to have my daughters birthday party there later in the year too! Keep up the good work ! Hayley

Lucy was a great help, even when she got pulled away go tills she handed me over to a colleague and explained what I needed. She then came back to help again and even wrapped my gift amazingly for Mr. I'm going ro take credit for the wrapping though sorry

Went into to the store with my two young children. We were served by a young lady called Elena. Elena was fantastic with my two children, she really engaged with them and despite 10 minutes of my kids running round choosing different stock, she helped them choose something that suited them and their individualities. Great store! Smells so good. Came for the half term make a bath bomb with the kids. It only starts at 12 but they started early, which was nice of them. Amazing customer service!
