This is an absolute excellent example of how customer service with high standards should be done. The staff here are absolutely lovely and so very helpful. I have attached some photos of crates we picked up for an absolute steal! The food court is a must in my eye! There is also a parenting room that we did not know about! Thanks Fenwick!

Really fantastic store, priced pretty muchbin line with elsewhere. Excellent selection of toys in the children's department and a lovely range of clothing. Christmas windows were fantastic to see, my daughter loved the Shaun the Sheep theme!

Had lunch here today with a couple of friends in the Terrace Restaurant. Whole experience was excellent, especially the staff who worked very hard but still had a personal approach to all customers, especially the manager. I observed one member of staff, without hesitation, carrying a meal to a table as the elderly customer had mobility issues. Very impressed with all staff. The meals themselves were excellent and very nicely presented, the mince and dumplings ( of which there were 3 )were delicious. All in all we really enjoyed our visit and we'll be back again soon!!

It is a bit of a maze however the range of goods is wide if you are seeking the top brands. The shop is pricey however the brands Fenwick's have in store justify this. Service is very friendly and staff are always knowledgeable if they do not know re-direct you . There toy department is extremely well stocked for all ages including adults admiring Lego kits. Food hall is excellent for high quality food and specialties hard to find elsewhere.

Had a lovely meal at fuegos. Some of the best tapas I've had in years. The service was excellent, I wish I knew the lady's name, but all I know is she studied in London! Either way she could not have been more helpful. The pork belly and lamb tapas were delicious. Will be back soon, thanks.

Cardboard cutouts for Xmas window.....the kids didnt even notice the display this year so boring and no imagination. Which resulted in them saying I'm not going in there. So your display designed too entice people into store is scaring kids off with mediocre displays.

Ok place, never had any problems. Only wish they never downsized the food hall as used to get some products here I could elsewhere unless I went online. Also last time I was in the toy department which I'm sure has also gotten smaller I couldn't see any price on some Lego items which put me off a bit from buying.

Took my kids to the window today. I was more than disappointed. Its gone so far down hill. I've loved it since I was a kid and was excited to take my twins for the 1st time. I wish I hadn't bothered.

Fab range of clothes, shoes etc and a food hall to die for with different independent sellers. So much variety from around the world. Bought some sauces/marinades from the Iranian lady. Were amazing with sea bass on the barbecue Lunch in the tapas restaurant was out of this world!!

Love Fenwicks since being a child, it used to have the best toy department and now it seems they are bringing it back, soft toys everywhere and actual toys. The food hall is really good especially for beautiful cakes. And the whole feel of the store is warm and welcoming 😊

Enjoyed the tapas bar service and overall ambience and location. Staff are prompt and friendly. Food was also delivered promptly, and us delicious incredibly tasty but somewhat limited in portion size. Little pricey for tapas. 4 items and 2 drinks each came to £70, so be prepared for that.

Nice shop. Big Clean and Organised. Can find almost all high street brands. Seling at retail prices. Ground floor at city centre. Very polite staff.

First time in Cafe 21, Club sandwich was satisfactory, however the bread was lacking thickness. Fries were small portions for the price and the Tomato and Basil salad was lacking Basil. I would go again but would expect more Basil at the least. Thanks.

Nice restaurant, lovely and clean. Would have been 5 stars but sourdough toast was hard and dry and one poached egg was perfect, the other overcooked. Would return though.
